Career / Re: Private Schools Do Not Pay Teachers During Holidays by crislyn(f): 7:01pm On May 04, 2022
Newton2024:
My proprietress has not paid me my March salary (15k) till today and no work no salary for April. She said she is expecting some parents to pay her during holiday. I'm the only English teacher in the school for both JS & SS. In my next life, I will never be a teacher.

Two worst jobs in Nigeria:
1. To be carrying chalk
2. To be carrying gun

Everything just depends on your location and how big the school is. I'm a teacher, and I know other teachers too who earn well without excessive workload and we still have opportunities to get international certification. There are lots of things you can consider doing to put yourself on top of your game. Sorry about your experience.

Omakraid:
If my dad were alive and I have enough to give both, I will give my mum far more than my dad because my mum will spend hers on housekeep and feeding while my dad will spend his as father Christmas by giving people who ought to give to him and food items will not smell 1naira from his money

This sounds like my dad..lol

Tinu shouldn't be blamed for what she did. She acted on her emotions and didn't know she'll meet Mr. Veron. It's been four years. No cuddles. No kisses. No s.ex. She's no doll. To her, Chris Oduah is dead. Her mistake was going to the club. I Mean, she's still beautiful, alot of men should be at her heels. She could have gotten one and moved on. But she opted for a one night stand with a young guy. A mistake but she still doesn't deserve this. No one is perfect. We all make rash decisions. Well, Her's cost her alot, just like Seyifunmi.

Dele. This Dele self, i thought you guys weren't just co-parenting. You guys turned friends now? Why did you still call her a w.hore? It's apparent, that hate you had for her only cooled down because of your kids. Egomaniac. Kwontinue o. ThankGod shey's is piling her broken pieces together.

Rosanna and ose. This your ship. Me, I don't know o.
Gbam! Tanchu...my thoughts exactly. To me Tinue is a victim here o, a victim of everything bad and suffering.

I really don't know if I have a fave scene that stood out for me. I once used to ship Dele and Tinu so much but now they're impossible.

I really hope Dele gets together with Seyi and I hope they sort out everything but Seyi should snap out of this (easier said than done, I know) but it's not the end of the world.
While she might not stop trying to get him back, she shouldn't act like he's the reason for her existence sad
Dele and Tinu is still very well possible o, Dele and Seyi can't be together coz the mother doesn't like her...if Dele should accept her apology and gets back with her, Seyi should be afraid coz it's dangerous to marry a guy whose mother doesn't like you.

Bro this ur lesson plan no get entry behavior, objective, student activities, teacher activities, evaluation and assignment.. So bro the lesson plan is incomplet..
it's even supposed to be in a tabular form...that is the SMASE or new format of writing it. He should just go and meet a teacher to show him, he can't understand without practical instruction.

Lol.... There is bound to be an incoming tragedy the way I'm looking at the direction of this story now....
Y'all know the badass in this story (I'm talking about Madonna or whatever she is called) is gonna fight our Akwa .... I pity her when that eventually happens cos she is portrayed as a very Naive soul in this story embarassed cry cry embarassed
We might all just be underrating Akwa's strength and intelligence, a naive person can suddenly grow wings if pushed just the way Mezie pushed her to the point of leaving him. I don't think my heart can take it if this story ends in tragedy o mbok.
