That is one the reason I like Hausa people, once they are made the chairman or head of any gov office, Dem go just employed their people full the place, weather u qualify or Not, even wen their is no vacancy that is y the population of unemployment hausa graduates is not much compare to Yourubas. but if na my fellow Yoruba's b the head of Gov ministry all what dey will tell u is, Ko ti si aaye, ijoba o ti bere si no gbayan, (No vacancy, gov has not begin to recruit) or they will tell you, You study Economics but we need someone who study Agric Economics, they will just give you one excuse.. that is y if you go to NPA office lagos or any fed ministry na this Hausas full there.

You are absolutely right my brother. They make you realised they are following due process by employing the right people but those in north are different in that aspect so long your educated.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Only One Out Of 100 Nigerian Graduates Are Employable by Delbam: 1:44pm On Nov 25, 2017
I wonder where the DG got his statistics and fact from. Well, its no news anymore that the only available jobs are got by the children of the rich and connected. See this in a way, most of our so called leaders, where do they get their qualifications from, is it not the same school that most went to yet they want us to believe that our institution do not produce the right candidate cus of their leadership failure to make things work.

It's really frustrating. When I advise young people above 20 and still looking for admission to forget school, get and a skill and start making money from it, they can go back to school later, probably as a part time student to get the certificate ( if na very they want), they will look at me as if I'm mad. Even marketing get age limit grin grin, funny but sad.

You are correct and its so unfortunate most of them do not understand how the so called nigerian system works. We so much attach priority and preference for higher education than other meaningful skills aquisition and startup thingy. I believe times have changed, one need to do the needful and get on with what one can do for him/herself other than overdependence on jobs that isnt there or cant be secured without connection. Even in most developed countires, your skills is taken more into consideration than education so long as money is concerned. Good grades is not even a guarantee let alone one not having the right people at the right place yet we see advert on jobs on a daily basis as if they have not taken who has the connection already.
I wonder if they even go through most CVs to see whats in there perhaps as it comes into their inbox, they outrightly delete to save space. Funny indeed..
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Unemployment Discrimination by Delbam: 7:58am On Nov 14, 2017
I totally agree with you. Nigeria has become a ground for inexplicable corruption both in government and private sectors. Age discrimination!!! Sometimes i laugh when i see advert of job and age is placed at the top of requirement. Where in the world do they get that from, skills, competence and qualification are key factors to employment among other things but only in nigeria do we find age as a requirement. Most organizations have missed out on competent candidate cause of this age disparity. Its unfortunate...i guess we are still far from development. Come to think of this, why do we have elderly ones in positions of power and age is not a factor to them or is it just that age disparity is only meant for the followers and most esp the youth. We have over 60 years of age of leaders who can no longer think constructively on the growth of the nation yet same people limit others on age when it comes to job acquisition.
More so nigerian higher institution does not play a good part in student's life, extending the number of years they are suppose to be a graduate. May God help us!!

Business / Re: * Start A Very Lucrative Business With N5k ONLY !! Make 5k-13k profit daily by Delbam: 7:50pm On Nov 12, 2017
I will like this great idea of quickteller stuff if its well elaborated in clear terms. How the business works, what kind of transaction is required, the customers to expect and more especially the profit to be generated.
Parting away such amount of money is not the problem but the sincerity and knowledge to be acquired in running the business is vital. Thanks
