Negotoate the price of the mobile with your supposed frind and see his/her reaction. When down to a fairer price, you could go for it, but really have to be careful with the phone for at least as along as you plan on using the phone. If it's any consolation, I use a Samy almost as this, but a note8. Peace.

Depending on the specs...higher end laptops (or any similar to mine) sell between 350k to 450k.
But you can get 4gb GTX 1050 for like 250k to 300k.

Well, I use an 8th gen Alienware 15R4 which has 8gb Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070.
I think laptops with Nvidia graphics card are great gaming laptops however, ensure you get one with GTX 1050 upwards and a minimum of 4gb grahics.
