Ladies, Can You Leave The House Without Wearing Makeup?

To the ladies in the house: l know we all love to flaunt our looks and look sexy.  You know what l mean.

Can you leave the house for a day without makeup?  That is, go to work, an outing with a friend or a boyfriend, shopping, just going out without makeup?  No lip gloss, or eyeliner or blush.  Do you feel strange as if something is missing?

Everyone, feel free to express how you feel and say your mind.

I can leave the house without make-up. Yes i can. But i must wash my face and make sure it's clean. I use "clean and clear" facial wash.

I don't wear pancake so it won't be as if my face is missing. It's not like im going to die without powder, lip gloss, or mascara or as if im going to look less pretty.  But hey, these stuffs are always in my bag especially my lip gloss. I mean, i can do without a lip gloss, but i just don't see why i shouldn't use it. My lips can't be chapped. What would i say is wrong with me? I have fever?

But i kind of see the question you're asking here because most ladies CAN'T and will NEVER go out of their door without all the "shirime" on their face. Plus some people just feel if they don't use those stuffs, it shows that they can't take care of themselves.

But let me answer the question straightforward and stop preaching. Yes i can go out without using make-up. I go to the gym without make-up, so ehh.. what's the difference?  Cheesy

Well, I don't use make-up in the first place. But I almost can't do without rubbing Vaseline on my lips because I hate having dry and chapped lips.

I bet you no babe here is going to admit that they can't leave their home without makeup.

BTW, disney was talking about going out on a real date or the office and not just stepping out of your crib to retrieve your mail or newspapers..

well, not that i can't go out with out make up because i do sometimes..... but at least some eye pencil, lip gloss and a little face powder will do for me.... you've gotta have it on most especially if u have an oily face... please you don't want to go out looking like u just got out from an oil factory or something...... besides you know what they say....." you never know when you're going to meet Mr Right"......  Wink CoolCheesy Cheesy Cheesy

over all, yes i do make sure that i at least put some make-ups on before leaving my apartment and even have them in my handbag in case i need to refresh my face......  i don't see any harm in doing so...... (not that i don't feel good about my self because i really do Roll Eyes Wink), but if it makes you feel better about yourself ...... bingo!! Cheesy( means ride on .... something like that)

Yup, i don't alwayz have to have make-up done..most times i'm just too lazy to put it on or i could be late n i don't have enough time to fix my face.;as long as i've got my lip-gloss, i'm good to go.

Yes, I can leave home without Make Up, I don't use the thing much anyway, just once in a while, and all I ever use is Eyeshadow, Lip Gloss, Mascara, and Lip Liner, that's all, just the basics

The answer to your question is NO if and only if I am going to the following places/events: evening parties ~ dinner, birthdays, club; work; shopping ~ department stores or malls.  I don't go on dates but if I were to go on a date I will definitely put some makeup.   There are many other places I go without putting any makeup; i.e banks, school, grocery shopping, etc.

FYI, I don't put too much makeup on.  I put so that it enhances my beautiful skin and so it brings out my natural beauty.  Some females just put way too much makeup then it makes 'em look like something else.

Regards,
IB

Making up is an aspect of dressing up. So there are some places (as others have rightly said) that i can go to without the need to spend 30 mins checking myself out in front of the mirror. Same thing goes for the make up. But really i can't go to parties, clubs, or even church without some make ups,( i don't do heavy make ups though, just the basics)  cuz i'll dress differently to them places and not as if i'm saying hello to a girl next door or next block. It's not as if one is addicted to it or doesn't feel good without them but just as natural as any body (even a guy) would want to look better to a party or a date than to just a friend's place.

well, i can leave home without make up and that doesnt depend on where i'm going Cool

for me it really all depends on where i'm going and what i'm doing that day. if i'm feeling all bummy and wearing just sweats then i don't bother wearing makeup but when i do dress up then i do wear makeup. i don't go without chapstick though because it's really cold where i live and there's nothing sexy about chapped lips on a woman or a man.
