i think when one makes her make-up light she looks prettier than when the make- up is heavy because most pretty ladies i have seen they just wear make-up lightly &they look even prettier.but those onheavy make up even look worse than being without make-up.

if your going to wear foundation or powder, do it to make it look natural. Light makeup looks more subtle and the colour wont look wierd especially with black skin.
If u feel too naked then u can always dramatise with eye make up.

I think your make up should suit where you are going. light make up for work, you can add some spice to it if you are going for a party like match your eyeshadow to your top, head gear or something, and the heavier make up can come at night for clubbing and other events.
