The greatest fear of the Fulani's oligarchy is for the Hausa to raise up against their rulership over them one day ! That however seems very unlikely as the Hausa have subjected themselves eternally to the authority of their conquerors, the fulanis. Hausa's gullibility actually laid foundation for all the atrocities being brazenly committed by the fulanis in Nigeria today. It's really heartbroken to see one of the African finest tribes,Hausa being treated as second fiddles, slaves and conquered subjects on their ancestral land. They have been scammed, brainwashed, diabolically hypnotised ! Hausas need our prayers to be free from the shackles of slavery that the desert wanderers from futa jallon have dubiously put them ! 2 Likes |

Leggitsam:Sharo or flogging ritual is only done by some fulani community ( In Kwara state we call them Bororo Fulani). You will never see the City Fulani man go through Sharo. Yes the Hausa loves sex! One can safely say that 90% of all aphrodisiac sold in Nigeria is consumed by them. They also have soft spot for beautiful and educated ladies. They will sell their goods to such and collect no money.LOL! The problem is their docile state especially when it comes to the Emir: his word is law! The Hausa has the population to take their destiny back through the ballot box anyday they choose BUT I doubt if they even have any thought for their emancipation from the Fulani. Religion has blinded them completely Too bad! |

Exmilitant:This post is not about other tribes, it is about the Healthy Relationship between the Hauysa and the Fulani. The question you should answer is: How come there are very few Hausa people in government? If you are Fulani, your Taqqiyya has been exposed. However, If you are Hausa, this is a proof that you have been under the Taqqiyya of the Fulani 2 Likes |

samunaka:Counting from the inception of Nigeria till date, if the number of Hausa people in government are so far inbetween, it simply means that they have been decieved by the Hausa-Fulani union. It is a parasitic relationship. The post is about waking the Hausa man up from his deep hypnosis! |

shadeyinka:It's very unfortunate how someone from the corner of Atlantic ocean can just pick any shit or conspiracy feed into his head without having second thought. Hausa-Fulani are inseparable group of ppl with only few pure Fulani herding in the bush with pure Hausa going into extinction. Hausa people are the ones who always marry Fulani because of the beautiful look of Fulani. The conspiracy that can never work in Nigeria is asking Hausa to rise against Fulani, the question I would like to ask u & the OP is, are we in a war? what is the point of all these dastard acts? Almost all those Fulani mentioned in this thread are products of intertribal marriages between the two tribes except those from North-East and North-Central but u hardly can single out pure Fulani from North-West zone. He even mentioned Yaradua who is from Tuareg tribe (pure Tuareg from both parents) I challenge u to give me a single Hausa Politicians who isn't into intertribal marriage with Fulani! Wikipedia are doing serious mistake abt the ethnic identity of Northerners, I came across it many times. Most people who are products of intertribal marriages in major towns and cities in the North prefer to be called Hausa than Fulani. You can't just come from one bigotic conference without taking any data and start spitting nonsense in public domain. Go and learn more about the phenotypic characters of Hausa and Fulani, come down to North, look at the facial expressions of the people and make a conclusion. All comments I observed above yours is an insult to education because decision are not made on propaganda but based on real data sampling collected purposely for a certain reason. I'm example to your delusional assertion; my father is Fulani, my mum is Kanuri and Hausa is the only native language I understand and I'm absolutely comfortable with it. You need to know North from close than in the far and it's better to find different divisive tactic because this one will never work. 1 Like 1 Share |

engrchykae: I have to disagree with you here. There where a lot of strides in medicine and science in that part of the world in the 8th to about 13th centuries. Calculus originated from that region. In fact western scholars used to go there to study medicine. They were the first to use anaesthetics. The first encyclopedia on medicine came from there. The Christian crusades destroyed a lot of that followed by a more fundamentalist form of Islam sweeping across the region which stagnated things. 2 Likes |

Coronabirus: It is unfortunate that you never knew that the Atlantic corner is responsible for your education and the allocations which your state government receives monthly. The Atlantic people generate 99% of Nigerian revenue. The ARID people as you would like to be addressed consume 70% of the revenue. For the record, you have no gut to abuse anyone from the South. It was the privilege of amalgamation that you are enjoying. Your intellect would probably have perish in the corner of Sahara desert. Be warned. |

Coronabirus:Ask your progenitors if they have fed the 14 million almajiris in the North and the 5 million almajiris in the South? Who is afraid of resource control and true federalism? The hausa-fulani people. The laziest people on earth. They sat on the resources of people claiming their Allah gave them Nigeria in an apparition. It will soon done on you. The game of the Hausa Fulani is up. If you and your progenitors want to see the end of Nigeria in 2023, just retain the power in the North. Terrible people, anti-restructuring, anti-true federalism, anti-federal character, promoter of nepotism and favourtism. Your generation will one day pay for the sins and atrocities being committed by Major Buhari against the people of the South. Are you not ashamed of your progenitors? They have no single oil block in the North, still they constitute 80% of NNPC management. They have no sea, they are everywhere at the seaports. Your game is up, no going back on total independence of Biafra and the Yoruba people. This time around, nature is involved in the agitation. You're so delusional with no foresight to always plan serious matter online, go and show yourself with concrete, achievable objectives. Leggitsam: Go and know more abt Nigeria and shun all these poor education they gave u. How can u believe everything by rendering ur brain idle. The FG civil servants from Kano, Jigawa, Kebbi, Yobe, & zamfara combined (5114) are not upto those from IMO state alone (5825). All these alleged nepotism or lopsided employment is either a ranting out of ignorance or an outburst that will soon reveal the true case of marginalised Nigerians because more northeners are employed now to balance & check the Federal character system which is one of the core function of the Commission. All those accusing North of depending on govt to earn survive need to wake up & access authentic data not concocted data means to tarnish PMB's image in the south with no authentic data to back their claims. Why are southern media report only appointments involving Northerners? I have completed list of PMB's MDAs appointments from 2015-2020 which clearly evident that South have taken lion share compared to North. I also have the data containing the statistics of political appointments of PMB also proven Southern Nigeria taking wide margin compared to North. Unfortunately, most educated Nigerians only learn the true nature of political game they're drawn into after govt has finished it tenure, that's when they'll know they're fooled by political tricks. The Director General, Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR), Dr. Joe Abah, on Friday, disclosed that no fewer than 89, 511 civil servants are in the Federal Government’s employ, across States of the Federation. 89, 511 civil servants in FG’s employ by Nov 2015 – DG BPSR Abah, in a series of tweets via his Twitter handle, @DrJoeAbah said that as at November 2015, States that topped the chat with most civil servants in the Federal Civil Service are Imo (5825), Kogi (5186), Ogun (4669) Delta (4419) and Akwa-Ibom (4416). In percentage, Imo State makes up ( 7 %), Kogi (6 %), Ogun (5% ), Delta (5%) and Akwa Ibom (5%). According to Abah, the Federal Civil Servants by State of Origin read thus: 1. Abia-3579 2. Adamawa-1727 3. Akwa Ibom- 4416 4. Anambra -3576 5. Bauchi -1172 6. Bayelsa -957 7. Benue -3951 8. Borno -1822 9. Cross River- 2681 10. Delta -4419 11. Ebonyi -865 12. Edo- 3890 13. Ekiti -2613 14. Zamfara -543 Not Specified: 518 Though the data isn't upto date but it has a lot of sense of reasoning. “The total nominal roll as at November 2015 is 89,511,” Abah added. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/12/89-511-civil-servants-in-fgs-employ-by-nov-2015-dg-bpsr/ |

Coronabirus:You are Fulani and so, this is the exact narrative that the Fulani would want the Hausa to believe that they are an inseparable bunch. Unfortunately this is Taqqiyya! The nation or Tribe of origin of people in Africa is Partrichal: meaning that the tribe of the children is the tribe of their Father. Muritala Muhammeds children are of which tribe Fulani or Yoruba? We have been able to list several Fulani people in politics and government, where are the Hausa people? Is Fulfude the same as Hausa? Even Buhari's children claim that they speak better Hausa than Fulfude (almost all Fulani people speak Hausa excellently). 98% of Fulani people in Nigeria understand and speak the hausa language but how many Hausa people understand Fulfude? Yes, Fulani men marry Hausa women but the reverse is not as common: fulani women are not as much who have married Hausa men. Lets go down to Ilorin in Kwara state: Many of them claim to be Fulani even though they cannot speak any other language other than Yoruba. Their allegiance is to Sokoto and not Oyo. Would you describe the Fulani-Yoruba relationship as inseparable? Using Partrichal genealogy, and Let's assume that I am wrong, can you list in this Buhari Government 10 prominent Hausa people in politics and government? BTW, I have lived in Zaria, Bauchi, Ilorin, Azare for a long time enough to know the difference between Hausa and Fulani. The truth is bitter, but the Fulani have used TAQIYYA on the Hausa: if this is not the case, from Nigerian independence till today, we should be able to write at least 20 prominent Hausa people in politics and Government of Nigeria. If you still assume that I am wrong, can you list 20 prominent Hausa people in politics and government since the inception of Nigeria? If you can answer these two questions (in bold), then this thread is closed as I will tender and unreserved apology to you and every Fulani people on Nairaland. Thank you. (I can understand if you are not in anyway in politics of your people) |

shadeyinka:I wonder what brought all these. Do u have mission abt these or u jst want to see the two tribes fighting so that u can start laughing. I'm born and brought up in the North and it's likely impossible for Northerners to engage in this kind of tribal debate except that there is a joke between Hausa-Fulani and Kanuri-Fulani. This kind of topic you're creating is unnecessary, worthless with no aorta of sense. I don't mind giving vu what u want but can u tell me 10 pure Fulani out of the list u mentioned. Point of correction, Fulani women are the ones getting married to Hausa people because Hausas are known as business men so they use their money to marry beautiful Fulani girls selling fura and nono. |
