To be fair to him, English clubs were banned in Europe between 1985-1990 and by the time they rejoined European football, they had lagged behind considerably and this coincided with when Fergie arrived from Scotland.

You make no sense. 2008 vs Barca was not a final match. It was a semi final match. How did SAF cross three semi finals in 2009 without your CQ?
