You do not need many columns for a bungalow, but you need them at strategic places. At least he owes you that.

Do not sue... That is a waste of resources, find yourself a good civil/building engineer that can remedy the situation- not salvage.

With little I know, you just need to put the right amount of material in the right form, at the place.

I don't mind if they have a supervisor/team lead that will manage the process.

Will be glad to have them come scope the job in Lagos for a possible start by end of the week.

Bro you hired someone who is inexperienced, I bet he has never worked with a structural engineer in all his career, this is a part you will need the direction of a structural engineer, in you don't have prior exposure.

I can only tell you that marine board is now N13,200/board.
I got it 8,200 in March, 9,500 in April, 10,300 in May. Now, it’s over N13k

I can’t give a definite price for other boards due to unstable market price.
