Buy biocoden or so.
It's a tube cream.
It worked magic for me and I was eczema free before I finished the first tube. Make it your night cream or mix it in your cream.
I used it alone sha. Use it everyday and let it be a permanent part of your routine.

nivea is a nice cream, why mix it. I think is the lemovate that is bleaching you so is better you stop it and let your skin heal by using shea butter.

I am new here,I have been using siv oclair oil for some years now but I want another oil that can do what Siva Clair is doing for my skin.I am dark in complexion and have dry skin,sivo only cleans my skin I.e removes all those dead skin with dry skin,(if you have one you will know).I don't want to be light skinned but just something to peel all those map on my legs (especially during harmattan ).the reason for looking for another option is Becos sivo clair has hydroquinne and I would like to stop it.I have no stretch marks or green veins showing.all I need is an oil to help with my dry skin.Thank you.

Sorry my notifications of update on this thread delay,I use koji/gluta soap morning n evening everyday bt the koji/gluta soap peels my skin n it dries it so I've cut to using it 3 times in a week,I also take msms powder wit vitamic c every morning n evening along with the gluta capsules everyday I use the skin lighteing lotion everyday n I also bought garnier spf 50 for when I go out to the sun bt I'm always indoors

Hello, pls is there any remedy for dead skin cells. My toe knuckles got darker and harder from wearing tight fitting shoes, now it looks pretty ugly and that part is getting darker than the rest of my feet.. I stopped wearing cover shoes altogether and just wear my sandals but nothing is happening.. pls how van I remedy this..

If you have spots on your face, then you should try using a chemical exfoliating serum like AHA(Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Mandelic Acid) or Antioxidant serums like Niacinamide, Vitamin C or Antioxidant Acid like Azelaic Acid. All these are effective in clearing skin blemishes, congestion and they help with brightening the skin.

Please bear in mind, that while treating hyperpigmentation /black spots, the use of Sunscreen is mandatory.

My face has two shade and It seems I am beginning to look older than my age. I bought cerave night cream but is not working, I dashed out the skin doctor sunscreen I was using cause it makes me sweat alot whenever I use it.

Try getting Tretinoin 0.05%, it will help with the discoloration and premature aging. You need to apply caution when using it, use only at night and three times weekly.

While using Tret, always ensure that you wear you sunscreen.

Start with exfoliation first. That's the most important journey to achieving a well-toned, supple, and beautiful skin. I prefer sugar-based scrubs because my skin loves it. There are salt-based scrubs, too. I mainly use St. Ives Apricot scrub, other times, I use the Coffee. Oh, and I love the Lemon and Orange scrub, too. Pick one of these. One should suit your skin well enough. You can check out their wide ranges of body creams too. Amazing I must say.

Next, moisturize. There are loads of nice moisturizers out there. Check out Neutrogena Products, they have amazing products ranging from Sunscreens, toners, face-cleansers, and what have you.

Get a good toner; for face and body. I use Neutrogena face cleanser AHA for my face first. I don't have a regular body cream, but I use Lemon oil presently.

If you really want to tone, you can go for 55H plus, add the serum to it. Quite pricey but worth it and won't give you nasty patches nor spots.

Lastly, SUNSCREENS! Your beauty journey is a waste without sunscreens. I use Neutrogena SPF 75 (Broad spectrum and water-resistant).
