Hmnn. When I looked at the before and after pictures of the young girl, I was just amazed. What this pastor did (not because he is a pastor though) was see the potential in this human being. The money I think is not a reward for bad behavior but a small helping hand to someone you have come to know. That lady's problem isn't klepto it's just stealing probably as a result of poverty and poor moral upbringing. Kleptomania is a psychological disorder (kleptomanians don't steal for profit or gain, they just feel an urge to steal even what may belong to them already). I heard queen Elizabeth is a kleptomaniac too
