Please the number I used for the registration is lost already and I blocked the line by myself and I don't know how to retrieve my NIMIC number

Since I got my NIN, I've registered 2 new sim cards (in addition to the original sim I used to register the NIN). I downloaded and setup the app but the app only shows the original number I used in registering the NIN.

I tried adding the additional 2 numbers (cos there's an option to do that in the App) but it just loads endlessly and times out with an error. There's just so many glitches and inefficiencies with the entire NIMC system. Even the *346# short code to extract my NIN code has NEVER worked for me.

Please help. I keep getting "record returned error" on the app anytime I put my NIN. I went to NIN offices, they insist that nothing is wrong with my NIN and yet I can't use the app due to the error message.

Please house, help me. What can I do to rectify this problem. I sent them mail, the didn't reply.

I dont think there is a way to find out. Using the nimc app only shows you number that were linked by nimc not by network providers

I registered my number last year July, got a slip to pick my NIN later but misplaced the slip.

With this app, will I be able to retrieve my NIN?
go to the nin office and they will print another copy for you with 1k.

It doesn't work that way...I have the APP.
Is just the numbers I added through the App that it retains. Other numbers I registered via other means isn't reflected on the APP.

Same here. I have linked 3 numbers, but only the one I used to register my NIN is showing. I'm sure the other 2 were linked properly because I ported one SIM recently and the other a new hynetflex SIM.

Op, just go App store or play store to download the NIMC app. Login and set up. There is a place you will see link device. That's where all you linked line is and you can also add from there. Maximum of 7 numbers. See screenshots

Pls edit your topic and how to unlink the said nos.If you find out some are linked to yours and theirs no way to unlink it,the whole exercise is a waste.

It should have an add or delete feature or something like that

Once linked you can't unlink unless you go for physical confirmation.

You can't just unlink mobile number linked to your NIN without physical confirmation.

So be careful with your NIN in the first place

Please help, I got my NIN through*346# but when I tried to link it with my line, the same line that I used to generate it in the first place, I was told to go to NIMC office to update my biometric. Meanwhile I registered in 2017 but I did not get the coloured slip. Please what can I do. The crowd at the NIMC office is too much and this issue of not having every time is not helping matter at all. Any help will be appreciated.
