It’s general issue for almost 2 weeks. Sometimes when scanned in the morning it will scan completely the last time I scanned in the morning and scanned completely I didn’t rescan anymore cos I know it might prolong

Bro, get a spanner and tighten the bolts yourself. It is a gimmick by most installers to have steady stream of income. They don't tighten the nuts enough to stop movement, so you will always call them to com and readjust the dish at a small fee.

Note: Dont use all your strength to tighten it, just enough to stop it from been moved by small wind. Also, if your dish is on a pole stuck in the ground, make sure you mix cement and cast it. I have seen dishes installed by just sticking the pole into the ground, once there is a little wind, dish rotates which causes misalignment.
