Firstly, that is dailytrust and it belongs to the North.
Secondly, your salty tears is very sweetilicious.
Thirdly, you're closet BATified
Fourthly, ibos are politically shrinking day after day. Ibos claimed a population of 100 million, yet it becomes useless because you can't make use of it to your own adventure.
Ibos claimed to be the richest billionaires in Africa yet couldn't pull the muscles to put themselves at the top job.
I is claimed to be most diversed and republican yet couldn't build bridges and political relationship without insults and bricks throwing.
At this rate, I'd take Wike as more politically savvy than ALL ibo politicians combined.

I’ve a big one with Tinubu
nairaland is faceless

2017.. a delegation was with the Yoruba god to negotiate southeast possible power by 2023 after Buhari

The impish god .. feel so powerful and made some funny statements

Today

He Must Contest
Let’s see how powerful he is ..

Funny made noteable northerners were on that meeting

Tinubu MUST CONTEST
WALAHI!

Not aware of any meeting like that though, the thing be say, if he's on the ballot he'll win hands down... The dude is ready

Thrash
If North keeps presidency..which is DOA...Nigeria is gone.If you like believe it or dont.

Either they give it to an Igboman from SE...which Hausas will not at this moment...or a Yorubaman.Nigeria stays.

Igbos cannot align with Hausas except on deceit because they are two opposing poles.
Igbos are mainly Christians who have shown great haterd towards the Hausas.

Hausas too do not trust Igbos at all because of Hausa leaders killed by Igbos in the 1st republic when Igbos introduced the first coup and unitary system of govt that later became the stumbling block of Nigerians.

Apart from SS,the FG gets trillions of money from SW through custom, ports, vats etc.The SE contributes very meagre amount to the national purse.

[/s]

-So Mr. Story-teller, so why did your parents fight a war for 30 months to keep "SE which contributes very meagre amount to the national purse"?

-Whilst you're at it, tell us how much tax receipts you and your tribe contribute via the custom, ports and vats.

-Potential Benin Republic economic migrants forming nonsense online. The fact is; the timid civil-service oriented SW needs SE more than SE needs SW.

With recent happenings in Sokoto and Abuja, it’s getting clearer that Buhari might be Nigeria’s last president.

There was a Yoruba candidate in the 2015 presidential election, but you all voted for Buhari, a Fulani man
https://situationroomng.org/list-of-presidential-candidates-for-2015-election/

Tinubu himself could have also run for the position in 2015, but he didn't. Rather he chose a Fulani man to support. Aren't you people the greatest slaves in Nigeria.

Anyway, the policy is not changing. If the south won't opt for a SE presidential candidate, the SE will support the NE claim, after all they are more deserving of the position than Tinubu or the SW

If the power is not coming to south east it should remain in the north forever, if south south and south west can not support southeast as it did to both in 1999 and 2011, then they should be served in their coin

To correct your ignorance, Tinubu couldn't have contested because the slot at the time belonged to the North.. Yar'Adua was occupying North's slot before his demise. It was only sensible that a Northerner finishes his full tenure. GEJ was only being pushed by greed and the allure of power.
Re: 2023: APC And The Plot To Keep Presidency In The North by bjdon: 10:51am On May 20, 2022
I am from the SS, and I say that if the SE are not given the chance to produce the president from the south, then it should stay in the North. I have been very crtical of the SE, for their people not standing up to the chaallange, but now in both parties we have credible SE candidates. They have done what has been asked of them. Now the rest of us in the south MUST do the needful and support the SE, or else let the North continue to rule

Yaradua was in PDP while Tinubu was/is in APC. The zoning arrangements of the parties are not related.

In 2015, the SS still had a greater moral right to the presidency than the north. GEJ was the first ever SS man to be the president.
But Tinubu did not consider that. He arrogantly dismissed the yearnings of the SS because he wanted to please his Fulani masters, and elevated the northern whims over that of the SS.

Now that it is the turn of the south in general and the SE in particular, Tinubu chose to hijack that opportunity.
So Igbos have no choice but to play hard ball. If Tinubu chooses to ignore the SE, the SE will scuttle his ambitions by backing a fellow deprived NE

SE has never been in the equation neither does Tinubu owes SE anything. The blackmail is absolutely nauseating.
No sensible Nigerian could wish away the sentiments of the North, Yar'Adua had only done 2 out of a possible 8 years, it's only instructive that they complete their tenure after GEJ had finished a tenure in acting capacity. OBJ completed his 8 years, why deny the North?.. APC was formed on the tripod of justice to wipe GEJ and his accomplices in line. Having completed their slot, it comes back to the south and the strongest of the south takes it.. simple.

Regarding the bolded, so it is no longer the case that fairness should determine who takes it. So at least you can see where Igbos are coming from. You want the strongest to take it, while the Igbos want fairness to be the scale of measurement.
But as Yorubas want the strongest to take it, Igbos are opting to go for a NW candidate as he will be stronger than Tinubu. Lawan has a better chance in both the NE and NW. With the understanding that might ensue between Igbos and the NW, it is quite possible that Lawan will register a huge landslide victory in the SE and a good chunk of the SS, thus depriving Tinubu the southern solidarity, any prospective southern president will need, to stand a chance.

Let us now use strongest
