With this concrete evidence, no one should doubt again if Tinubu was once a drug lord. Tinubu is more dangerous than I thought and he is unfit to hold the office of the president.


If you believe in this worthless trash papers, then proceed to court to stop his nomination. It's your right as a citizen, so exercise your right. With all the noise David Hundeyi has been making each election time, he's not gotten the conviction to approach Court of Law.

But to the best of my knowledge, Tinubu hasn't stopped visiting US for holidays. Just this February he was in the US. I recall he was also at the swearing in ceremony of Barrack Obama 2nd term and I'm not sure he disguised to escape FBI arrest.

Just because the court say Tinubu's money should be confiscated does not in any way portray guilt or crime.

This court record is from early 90s. In that time period and even till recently blacks that lived in exclusive neighborhoods with plush apartments, drove luxury cars or have plenty bank balances were profiled and automatically flagged for criminal activity.

If it were possible to open file on the IRS investigator, K Morris, and go through all his surveillance cases, arrest cases, prosecution cases and witnessing on stand, we will find them to be biased against blacks.

Blacks did not bring drugs into United States in 93. They turn away from the importers who are exclusively whites...and target blacks on street retailing and buying.

You cant accuse a person of drug trafficking because he has huge balance in account. That's insufficient probable cause.

Was drug found on Tinubu?
Was he ever arrested distributing drugs?

His crime is that he had huge amount of money in bank. In a racially tilted justice system as the society was back in 1993, a black person could not legitimately earn or raise $50,000, much more half a million dollars...there had to be some illegal activity involved. They did not find any illegality to indict him but still confiscated the money anyway.

If that had been in the 60s and with that kind of money they racial justice system would have convicted him of bankrolling communism or black panther with goal to overthrow government.

If this seizure was about drug, where is the drug charge?

In one breadth you said his case was a civil case in another length you posted that Tinubu was discharged of criminal case. Where lies the correlation? But you're quick to ask people to use their brain. Who then should use his/her brain?
If you had truly used your brain as you wished people to use theirs, you should have known that it is only insane person that will unjustly forfeited his/her hard earned dollars. Except it is money you didn't sweat to get.
