Only dumb fellows think it makes sense to blame a man who left office almost 9 years ago for the act of firemen who showed up at a fire scene (in a new fire truck) but without water.

Worst happened in Lagos, fire was burning in Ijesha market and fire service came without water in their tank

In aggregate, we all complain that Nigeria is a failed state under this present administration, yet when crisis happens, we tend to blame another who probably isn't part of the government.

If u leave ur brand new car in the hands of careless drivers for some time, trust me you will meet it in very bad shape when U get back.

Obi left Anambra in a good shape but here we are again.

We need a lasting solution and PO has a higher propensity of giving us that.

At least, fire trucks in Onitsha came with water.
Neighbouring Imo has fire station only at Owerri.
Last year, a timber market at Awoidemili near Orlu, got razed by fire. No fire trucks, no water..

This nearest fire station at Orlu has been left to rot by two grudge-ravaged govs from the zone. The two believe they are punishing people in Orlu.

What you are seeing in that video is not the unavailability of tanker but rather inability of the tanker to dispense water. This is clearly a case of lack of maintenance culture, so why will you still be blaming Obi over lack of maintenance after leaving office over 8 yrs ago and with 2 successive governors already ahead of him since then.

That is not a fire truck but a refill tanker.
When a fire truck runs out of water in a remote site without acess to fire hydrant, the truck acts as a backup hydrant.
You can clearly see it is a water tank, the box like compactment behind houses the hose.
