Now to the main issue, as two wrongs can never be a right. Mrs. Aisha Buhari has no right within the law to incarcerate the poor boy for any reason. His fundamental right has been breached in all ways.
He was kidnapped without the school authority been informed.
He was also rendered incommunicado to his family and loved ones for days.
He was taken out of the jurisdiction where the offence was said to have committed.
He was detained more than 24 hrs without taken to court.
The boy was said to have been taken to Aso Rock to meet Mrs. Aisha Buhari. The error is, is Aso Rock a police station or law court?
Even if Mrs. Aisha Buhari has a case before all these errors listed above had killed her case. We live in Republic of Nigeria and not Banana Republic. Nobody can constitute himself or herself as law.
But I am still of the opinion that Mrs. Aisha Buhari is not on the know of this macabre dance, until she comes out or her spokesman comes out to claim otherwise. I still give her the benefit of doubt.

I agree with you as well.. but event has shown that Aisha was not a political 'go to' kind of woman....

She seems more like a family oriented person than a politician.. We have read severally how she doesn't agree with the politicians that surrounds her husband...

For this young man to bring up such a defamatory remarks on someone that was not so much into politics, you can imagine her anger and outrage...
