That's just the truth but gospel truth. Economy can first be driven by human development before developmental project. People cannot be hungry and angry and you tell them they need capital project to drive them away from poverty. Human empowerment cannot be substituted by capital projects. Obi is far right on human development. Lift people out of poverty by empowering them and then start building any other thing.
