Do we need to hear this devil's are still alive ? Do we need to wait before they charge them to court rather than sending them to thier early grave making them to feel the pang of death before they pass out...They show no mercy they need no mercy! Very good Yoruba friend severally told me that their people are too tribalistic by nature.
Their language is their weapon. The moment you learn it , you have handcuffed them and incapacitated them by 70%. They hate to see you learn it. This is one of the reasons they hardly travel or live or have investments outside their region in Nigeria.Making you believe that you are a foreigner in your own country because you live among them is like a blood in their system . It is high time Nigerian government legalize gun ownership for those who are able to submit to yearly psychological evaluation and yearly fee for gun ownership. Imagine these f*ckers met the man with Ak47 or at least 9mm, perhaps the entire family or at least the son could have been saved.

Legalizing Gun ownership for some good people who pass the test is also something I want too. The crime rate is something else and these boys are ready to kill you over 100Naira. Senseless killings. The good people should have guns to be able to defend themselves and ward off these bad elements.

Your cook, driver,children care givers,gatemen are sensitive positions.If you can't afford to pay them a reasonable wage,don't employ them.
Imagine employing a cultist as a driver,gateman or cook.

Some people just trust whatever agents tell them. My friend hired a driver who stole his car after working for him for nearly a year.

They traced him to Abuja and arrested him. And during interrogation, it was found out that this supposedly clean driver was actually an ex-convict!

Even if some are well taken care off, they are like hell, they can't be satisfied. Every position has a price tag attached to it. The moment they have an idea that their employer is doing well they tend to forget that there is a limit their job cant fetch them. They start thinking of other ways to make money even if it means hurting employers.

I have left different work places. Even if i don't like my boss i cant hurt someone that has put food on my table.

I know people that dread having strangers work for them. The least employers should do before hiring is to do due diligence even if it means hiring private investigator to do it.

Working as PI some years back, i discovered that some dont live in the address given to the company. Some past work place address don't exist. Most people are crooks with evil mind looking for opportunities to harm so as to make money.

Please tell your sisters to back down and leave her as she has her reasons which are valid.

My nephew and nieces goes there once in a while to help, especially when universities are on strike. The last strike relieved her a lot as my sisters sent their kids, who were on strike to stay with their grandparents

Honestly, we don't have. We explored all options. Most of the young relatives from both sides seems ok and are living with their parents or running their own show. Only my sisters kids, who are grown ups helps when universities are on strike or vacation
