Looks like folks were not allowed to vote to avoid LP winning APC at Tinubu's backyard.
That's the only explanation I would give for such a few number of voters out of 324 registered voters!

the reason is that a lot of Nigerian are not tax payerswith around 5% tax to gdp ratio so they are not invested in the country and by extension the elections and also have no motivation to demand accountability

In the course of voters registration, they filled in their addresses and phone numbers and the PVCs carry their passport photograph, why is it difficult for inec to go house to house to dispatch those PVCs to their owners. NEPA shares bills to all households without so much problems. Even to call the supposed owners for their PVCs once it’s ready is a problem. Not everyone has that endurance to stand under the scorching sun to collect PVCs. And e no even sure person go see am collect sef
