Is this not the same INEC, a subordinate of APC that was lackadaisical to defend Adedeke in the Osun State Appeal Court tribunal against APC?

INEC (Selector) has no legitimacy than to continue on the track they collected bribe and to try and deliver.

INEC says Abuja has no special status. This means the much discussed 25% in Abuja does not mean anything.

That means INEC doesn't understand its own constitution

The constitution has actually affirmed that Abuja has no special status.

If it had, we would have questioned the sanity of those who wrote the constitution.

INEC didn't write that electoral law... Nigerians did through their representative...INEC's duties is judt to implement thr law.. so if there is confusion on the interpretation of the law, the court , explains it ..

hope u get..?

You are NAIVE if you are not aware that INEC was joined in all of their petitions. As such, INEC is expected to defend itself and respond to the petitions.

If the tables were turned, obidients would be the ones asking why should FCT votes be treated differently from Anambra? What's so special about the FCT?

INEC was included in the petitions as first respondent.

They are required to respond to the allegations, reason they responded to defend the steps they took.

The politicians who lost know very well that they lost. Section 299 of the Constitution already cleared the status of Abuja, but the losers ignore it and use their emotions to interpret the status of Abuja.

The reason is that by whipping up the unreading and incomprehensible mob, they'd motivate them to cause chaos when the judges rule against their petition of 25% in Abuja which is settled by the Constitution.

I am worried about the losers: they did not even meet the constitutional requirement of 0.25 in 0.67 states of the federation and Abuja. They are busy fighting someone who met and exceeded the constitutional requirements.

Are these people normal?

It is all noise and nothing else. Section 299 of the constitution already stated clearly that FCT should be treated as a state for all constitutional matters. I live in FCT and i know I don’t have two heads so why should my vote be treated specially than the votes of people living in Enugu for instance?

IF YOU ARE NOT DAFT, THEN, WHY CALL IT FCT AND NOT OSUN STATE.

BY THE VERY DESIGN AND TERM FCT,GIVES IT A SPECIAL STATUS.

RIGHTLY SO, BECAUSE EVERY OTHER PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA WON THE FCT, WHY DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE THAT FOR TINUBU?

THAT IS HOW YOU PEOPLE DESTROY NIGERIA WITH YOUR CORRUPTION.

THAT FCT IS LIKE YOU MAMA HAND CATCHING YOUR HAND IN HER POT OF SOUP, TRYING TO THIEF MEAT.

TINUBU WAS CAUGHT BY THE FCT AND THAT IS A TESTATMENT TO THE FUNCTIONALITY OF OUR DEMOCRACY AND ITS CONSTITUTIONALISM.

WE MUST MAINTAIN DUE PROCESS AND CONTINUITY.

WHAT IS FCT? A SPECIAL DESIGNATION STATUS , SEPARATE FROM THE REGULAR NIGERIAN STATE LIKE OYO STATE, ONDON STATE ETC.

THE WINNER OF THE ELECTION ALWAYS WIN FCT AND THAT IS A GIVE AWAY THAT OBI WON.

ALL OTHER PRESIDENTS WON THE FCT.

Obi and Atiku are just wasting their times.

Atiku is acting matured but Obi still needs to be disgraced. How will someone with no registered representative in nothing less than 8states claims to win a national election is baffling. He has so much rely on hacking the BVAS but was put to shame.

Obi with the attitude of his will never smell such feat again
