Africa, no police rescue boats in an area where water transport is common. No proper passenger boats, no regulations. No safety observations by authorities, Locals have to inform authorities about dangers not the other way round.

Sometimes I don't blame hunters/fishermen when they hunt on those animals, some will charge at you naturally even without you showing any sign of attack on them.... To it, it could be a defense mechanism for it's territory from intruders unfortunately they are just passing by at the wrong time.......

Yes,we do because they still stroll around the Ogun,Cross River and Balyesa but no one cares since there is no functional zoo in Nigeria!
The best of zoo then was in Jos Plateau but now demised due to constant local War in that Region.
