Well, the man himself has come out to clarify what he said in court and to state that he never accused Peter Obi of rigging the election as reported, mischievously, by some section of the media. His party, the PDP, has also issued a statement to the effect that their witness in court never said that Obi rigged election.

Why are some of you so mischievous and can't tell yourselves the simple truth? Do you think we are babies here? This man was brought as a witness by PDP to challenge the results declared in Anambra. PDP scored 9k votes while APC scored 5k votes in Anambra, with LP winning by 584k votes. So you think a party in their right senses will come to court to challenge how just 5k votes was given to another party in a whole state when they even got more than that (9k) and a bigger fish with 584k is there. What do they stand to gain with 5k votes being cancelled? Isn't it obvious that what they PDP are saying in essence is that 9k votes was less than what they actually got in Anambra and that LP who won was given an inflated figure by INEC?
