What I did was request transcript from 200 L to 400 L from my university then upload my bsc certificate and IJMB results on the documents part of my portal so they evaluated it without any delay. I hope this helps

Oh thanks a lot, I'll do that

Send them both. Don't wait until they ask you for additional documents before you send your diploma because you'll only be delaying your evaluation.

Thanks for the tip

Hello Good morning,

Please at what point will ircc request for an updated pof for a family of 2?.

A little context; so I recently notified ircc of my marriage and they sent an email listing all the documents we have to submit. However, in the email, nowhere does it state we have to submit updated pof.

Will they request for it at a later date or is it just assumed that we should attach it?

Meanwhile what is happening to the exchange rate 🤕🤕

Your (updated) POF needs to be part of your submission, else you'd get an ADR. This could delay your application processing.

You know already that your pof is affected and has increased. You don't need the IRCC to tell you that. As a result, act accordingly

I have read the recent discussions on this thread about WES evaluation.

I would like to ask for your best advise on which of my academic certificates to evaluate.

I have ND, HND and B.Tech.

ND - 2004 to 2006
HND - 2007 - 2009
B.Tech (HND to B.Tech conversion through Jamb DE) - 2017 - 2019

The B.Tech was for 2 calendar years but 3 academic years were done within that period (300L to 500L)

Considering the timeline of the certificates, which combination should I evaluate with WES that will give me the highest CRS score possible for me?

Either you evaluate just your ND & HND or Evaluate everything, the cost is the same regardless with WES. This will give you “two or more certificates”.

My People does it matter when you get your deed of gift finalised.

Expecting an inflow around end July when I will be submitting. I hope it wouldn't matter as long as gift is properly prepared and notarised?

I used pay4me app to process my ECA fee.
You can consider both option to compare prices.

Nd and HND will give you the highest score which is 2 or more certificates. Also saves you cost and stress of trying to get bsc transcript, since it won't give you any additional point.

Hi Fam,
Please does anyone know how to track passport on VFS website.
When I tried, it returned "No records Found" even though I have a tracking number and passport has been received at Visa Office.

Hi! Were you able to track eventually? Or you just got your passport back without being able to track throughout.

I also had similar issue as I work remotely for a company in USA, I have never been to USA but I was also asked for PCC. I submitted a letter of explanation. Still waiting on my PPR sha, so I can’t say for sure if the LOE I wrote sufficed. BTW Benin Republic doesn’t give PCC if you were not born there as far as I know. See below
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/benin.html
Omotcs:
Good evening everyone,
Please I got my Masters degree from a university in Benin Republic but it was during covid and I didn't travel to Benin Republic, I did my program virtually from Nigeria. The issue is that part of the document I'm being asked to submit for my FSW application is police report for my time studying in Benin Republic. But I didn't travel there because my program was virtual due to covid.
I plan on explaining this in the letter I will be sending alongside my application. Has anyone experienced this? And please I would like your suggestions and input. Thank you.

For this trip you should have four stamps:
exiting Nigeria
entering Benin
exiting Benin
entering Nigeria
If you don’t have at least one of these stamps, there is no proof at all that you went into another country, so leave it out. If you have any, then you can include it and write the LOR

Good day, I went on a road trip with friends to cotonou this year. I showed my national ID card at seme border. The police just smiled at us and told us to proceed. Post ITA I have to scan all passport pages because of travel history. Should I attach LOE to my application, stating I used my national identity card? Or just leave it like that since I didn't use my passport.

Maybe do ND and BTech would be better. It would give you points for two or more certificates. (ND and HND may give you two or more certificates also, but not sure about the HND)

So maybe IRCC made an error and didn’t list updated POF. But please include it all the same. They’ll most likely ask for it later on and that will delay your PPR

Good morning everyone. Please what is the procedure for passport submission via VFS Abuja using courier? Also, what documents are needed along with the passport? Thanks very much.

Okay

Maybe an ADR is not so bad. That way I'll have sometime to gather my Pof together cos this exchange rate has messed up everything.
