Just finished reading the closing address from Peter Obi regarding Presidential Election Petition Tribunal and I must say that Obidients need to get ready to either stone Peter Obi or cast him out for wasting their time & resources on an actual charade The entire process was just an elaborate con on Obidients the summary of the whole thing is that "I know I didn't win the election. But the man who tamed the Atlantic has drug and money laundry history and also commited perjury; too much criminal baggage. So disqualify him and organize a rerun election between me and Waziri." So there is no stolen mandate then. 6 Likes 1 Share |

franchasofficia:This is long story. When you say you won, you must have been relying on the results you have with you that differ with those INEC announced on the day. Take those copies from your agents, collate them all and present to the court while you apply for the CTC. INEC would have no choice then. Why depend solely on IREV when you had agents who received true copies on the day? What was the purpose of having agents? 3 Likes |

franchasofficia: That they are not admissible in court does not negate there purpose as a means to verify/cross check, compute and validate INEC announcement IF OBI is even serious by now he should have an actual TC figures of votes he had at the concluded election, it is that figure that will trigger a cause for recount its not a must you take it court before it can serve its purpose 2 Likes 1 Share |

beerfraud: This Reno is just an idiot... How can you claim winner when you are not INEC. Only inec will determine a winner however, Obi is saying the person inec declared winner was fraudulent and the process was not real. Obi is challenging inec to follow the due process and consequently he will win if the due process is followed. |

Reno,is a liar. Sack Tinubu Now, Obi Tells Court in Final Address Meanwhile, Obi has urged the five-member panel of the election petition court not to subvert the will of the people as expressed in the February 25 presidential election.Obi, in his final written address in support of his petition, challenging the declaration of Senator Bola Tinubu as winner of the presidential poll, urged the panel to sack the president. He reminded the panel that its powers of adjudication as provided in the Nigerian Constitution was freely donated to them by the people, hence the need to uphold the confidence reposed in them by the people.Reacting, Obi and LP, in their final written address filed on their behalf by their lead counsel, Dr. Livy Uzoukwu (SAN), submitted that, Tinubu and Shettima’s defence was “devoid of any scintilla of merit”. They urged the tribunal to hold that the petitioners’ case is meritorious and grant them their reliefs, which include the nullification of Tinubu’s election and declare them winner or in the alternative, order the conduct of a fresh election. They also argued that refusal of the panel to sack Tinubu over alleged breach of the Constitution is tantamount to dereliction of duty, adding that the judges should emulate the Supreme Court of Kenya, which in the interest of the people and democracy, nullified the election of President Uhuru Kenyatta on account of established corrupt practices. |

franchasofficia:Section 134 (1c) of the Electoral Act, 2022 provides: An election may be questioned on any the ground that - The respondent was not duly elected by the majority of the lawful votes cast at the election Just prove ur case with your own calculated results with evidence. That's all Moreover, the Supreme Court recalculated Imo election results in 2019 which gave Uzodinma victory. Also, in this current election petition (if u are following), APC/Tinubu just recalculated their result for Kano thereby increasing their tally by 10,000 votes Also, Peter Obi governorship petition in 2004 the Appeal Court thru Obi evidence recalculated the result in favour of Obi. So all these rubbish you and fellow obidaft spew is borne out of ignorance and online propaganda 1 Like |
