I knew something was wrong with NNPP Case when they started threatening the Judges. First, the NNPP supporters, then Commissioner, and on Monday, the SSG all threatening to kill the judges and their family members.

There and then I knew that something went wrong with NNPP.

165,663 ballot papers (votes) all belonging to NNPP were not Stamped, Dated and Signed by the INEC Presiding Officer on election day.

The votes are invalid, this is the position of the Law.

I don't know how Appeal Court or Supreme Court would allow the 165,663 votes to be counted for NNPP.

Yes.

Ballot papers must be stamped,dated, and signed by the INEC Presiding Officer on the day of election before it's issued to voters.

If it's not stamped, signed and dated, it's invalid. It means INEC Presiding Officer doesn't know about the ballot papers.

You should ask yourself why all the 165,663 ballot papers (votes) were for NNPP?

NNPP rigged the election and I commend the courage of the judges inspite of the threats.

This is how to prove non compliance and not like the lazy lawyers of Obi and Atiku.
