“ Amobeda ordered the first to third respondents to jointly pay the applicants the sum of N10 billion as general damages for violation of the applicants fundamental right to life and ownership of property as guaranteed by law.

“I hereby ordered the respondents to also pay the applicants additional sum of N20 billion for punitive and exemplary damages,” Amobeda said”.

The best part reading is that punitive and exemplary damages. The likes of Wike and Abiodun, who destroy people’s property following political disagreements must be taught that without proper recourse to law, there is a heavy price to pay when they illegally destroy people’s properties.

Imagine what the recklessness, lawlessness and wickedness of an illegitimate gov has caused the state! To say that govt properties were among the demolished buildings is to say the least.

The judgement is death on arrival, the said properties were built illegally on government land through fraudulent means and so demolished by the same government, case close

Mumu is your surname, first name and second name. So, state govt built properties on her own land illegally and through fraudulent means, right?
Now, repeat after me: I'm mumu of the year. grin grin grin

Oil dey your head.
Just what I told a friend
As it is now, he stands to be jailed except forgiven.
His political career has entered one chance.

Obaofaba:
Good!!!

He should be pressured to pay before he's kicked out by the supreme Court.

He's a bloody interim governor.

If he fail to pay before he's kicked out, immediately he's shown the way out, they should file a criminal charge against his person and let the court do the needful by sending him to jail.

He would pay and if he doesn't,the court would order that the money be removed directly from the account of the government.

@ the bolded, Wike is doing the right thing because Abuja has a legal master plan and people violated arbitrarily thinking their is nothing government will do to them. There are steps u must follow to build in Abuja, failure to follow d steps the staff of Development Control files report quietly and collect money from people to pretend they don't see anything. If government decides to demolish, they will do so without any consequences.

And you did not read the story of Alhaji Mohammed Ibrahim Kamba, whose property did not contravene any laws or distort the master plan, but was hurriedly destroyed by Wike? You did not read that he had taken Wike to court already since the first of September?

And you do not know that there are procedures government MUST undertake legitimately before said “offending” properties are removed?

You think that as a former Amosun would allow his wife build such a property destroyed by Abiodun, without proper documentation, or location? And you do not know that Abiodun permitted the removal of that property because of political rivalry?

How are you people so easily able to allow leaders who oppress you all and fellow politicians, with no credible reason?

Have you ever been to Abuja? Who allocates certain plots? Whose fault is it when people build on wrong places? Who should do the monitoring? Who should put notices in reserved areas to prevent people from making wrong moves? Who gives building approvals?

I dey laugh una sef.
