I also ran into the same issue at the beginning of the month when I tried to place an order using Grey card that I just funded...

The way I solved it was to pay for the items individually..

The error occurred when I tried to pay for all the items I selected from my cart at once..., I decided to pay for each item individually and that solved the problem.. The payments went through without issues ✅

So that is one way to solve the problem without appealing

Is this how Aliexpress return policy is OR is it because its a choice item that i purchased?

I received a choice item($47.6), during testing i realised a little abnormally, i tried contacting the seller but has only been replied by bots, i decided to go for a refund because my 15 days was almost running out, Aliexpress asked for proof, i sent it, i recieved a reply from them that the proof (pics & vids) wasn't strong enough & ruled that i return the item via Post Office, something i recieved via SpeedAF, why not SpeedAF to return, this is the very first time i'm going through this & i have about 2 weeks only to provide the return tracking number & other necessary things & procedures they stated Or they'll return the money to the seller

Has anyone returned anything through post office? If any i need a guide on how to do this as i know our usual NIPOST & their slow ways, nawa o!

Olamak1 warned that peeps should be weary of Choice items cuz NO REFUND without return.

Aside that, claiming a refund now is not as easy as it were before due to the available categories for refund reasons. Your claim must be in conformity with the reason category. If you choose Product flaw and you provided them with evidence that shows Poor quality, you'll lose your Refund request.

If you're buying Choice, be ready!

What's the way forward now since i have only 2 weeks to send it back through NIPOST & provide the tracking number for them

I reside in Anambra, i normally collect my NIPOST package through Onitsha NIPOST, can this package be sent back using NIPOST & tracking number provided by them before 2 weeks elapse OR can i request from Aliexpress to send back using SpeedAF?(is it possible ?)

From your experience so far, what's the best way forward for me as the situation is now?

You can send it via NIPOST but does it worth it? You should answer that question 1st cuz the last time I enquired about such, minimum charge was 9k.
2. If it is not a free return item, AliExpress may not refund your shipping fee for the return.
3. Tracking system of NIPOST hasn't been live, so, if you ship, tracking number may not be trackable. If not trackable, you're wasting your resources.
4. If trackable, it still won't reach AliExpress within the timeline. I know NIPOST for this.
5. My advice, if your item is not expensive, let go and count your losses.
