He has no evidence and he is just lying. If his claims were true he would go to court. The difference between him and Ododo is less than 200k. If indeed 100,000 votes were not captured by BVAS and therefore invalid, it is enough to challenge the entire results in court. He won’t because he is either lying or his own numbers are dodgy (I.e he also rigged) and does not want to expose himself in court.

At least he is more intelligent than Obi.

People need to understand why Politicians even when they know they lost go to court. It is so their supporters believe in them. By saying they were rigged, by saying the judiciary is currupt, they keep the hope alive in their mostly gullible supporters. If you acccept defeat, then in the next election your supporters will say to themselves this one has no chance and will either support someone else or not bother to turn up because they believe you can’t win. They have to keep the hope alive and maintain the myth of their popularity by claiming they were rigged.

Also do not forget legal costs are part of election funds, very often it is not their money they are spending on legal costs.

SDP rigged the election massively in Igala LGAs while APC outrigged them in Ebira LGAs. INEC accepted and collated all the rigged results from both Igala and Ebira so what’s the noise about? Free and fair election only took place in Kogi west (Okun land) so both Ajaka and Ododo are guilty. It’s good that he has accepted his faith. That’s the spirit.
