Alhaji Dangote has finally spoken and put all to rest, the Refinery is starting next month.I will rather believe this man than the parasitic elements in NNPCL He is a businessman and he knows that once this Behemoth starts operations,I bet he will be competing with the richest people in the world Ignorant people don't understand what is at stake,a Refinery that will meet all of Nigeria's petroleum and industrialisation needs How you may ask? the raw materials from this Refinery will service pharmaceutical needs, manufacturing needs, construction needs The list is endless my people. Some of us strategically positioned ourselves to benefit from this Refinery and we have invested heavily in properties around this location It is not too late but the door of investment is closing in that location Companies are already buying up properties waiting to start building industries This is what is called a Game Changer for Nigeria, saving us billions in forex and providing Employment for thousands of Nigerians also I end with this question, wetin you go gain today if Dangote Refinery start operations? 12 Likes 1 Share |

Alaigbo: Something was happening in 2013 that you forgot to mention Subsidy was in place. As a result, any refinery commissioned in 2013, would eventually have to shut down because subsides would have made it unprofitable to run Even Dangote, unless government is honest and let's dangote sell fuel at market price, which means price of petrol could be as high as N900 OR MORE, Dangote refinery will crash. 41 Likes 1 Share |

Alaigbo: Again, I am not here to defend any tribe, and I am not Ibo. The reason why refineries, including Oriental, are not working is simple. Subsidy. And until it goes totally, no refinery would work. Hard truth. But when your leaders, irrespective of tribe keep subsidy, who would build refinery. Even the ones that take courage and build, dem go refine fuel at over N800 and come sell am at N500 per liter, or even N40 per liter? Till subsidy goes, no one is going to risk opening a refinery...unless thy name is Dangote, and ye got collateral. 44 Likes 2 Shares |

How is this the reason orient petroleum Peter Obi commissioned since 2013 is yet to produce a single litre of any product yet you igbos can rubbish Dangote that was just commissioned few months but shut your foolish Igbo cursed mouths on that of Orient commissioned by the criminal Peter Pandora. jmoore: You can't even begin to wrap your head around what it takes for an individual to take on a project on this scale. We should all encourage Dangote and wish him well rather than make snide remarks. If it was easy the government of Nigeria would have done it a long time ago just like Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries. 9 Likes 1 Share |
