Interesting, time shall tell whether it's a quality work or not.One thing,l also observed like most other road construction in the country is that there are no sidewalks or bicycle path for people to walk/run or cycle around.No public roads should be constructed in our modern era without a pedestrian paths.It's shameful.

The Igbos don't need to leave the union. All I know is that whatever they set their mind to do , they will do it very well, cheaper , Indigenously and faster. All is needed is a visionary leader and governors. Who are keen building infrastructures that are available in western countries.

The Igbos nation are well read and travelled and have the connections to build such infrastructure and leave the rest behind.

Imagine making Anambra the industrial hub of the south east. All the human resources needed are all available in the region.

All drainages constructed by JB are always covered. Something like this was constructed by JB around ijako on abk-lagos expressway and was fully covered

No, that's not how gutters are always constructed even in other parts of the country.
Have you been to Abraham's adesanya to ibeju Lekki to see the low quality gutter they are doing there?
Have you also been to Mushin road in Isolo? So no, this quality is not common, only Julius Berger and maybe CECC does it

Only one of these roads was constructed by Lagos state government and it was not this true of drainage that was used.

The only road here constructed by Lagos state government is Ketu to Ikorodu

Most of the roads constructed in Lagos state is sponsored solely by Lagos State Government. ( For example BRT and Blue Rail line)

Most recently constructed roads are even enforced with iron and the gutter are of higher quality just like the one you posted above.
