The solution to this problem is for FG to focus on increasing crude oil production and tackling crude oil theft so as to have enough to sell to dangote refinery and meet OPEC quota thereby earning enough dollars to bring down the value of dollars in the market.
FG should leave crude oil refining to the private sector thus sell those refineries to private sector to become productive.
Once FG tackles the problem of crude oil production and allows the private sector to focus on crude oil production, you will see modular refineries all over the and naturally the price of petrol and other crude oil products will come down drastically. That is when the problem of power and unemployment will be a thing of the past.
If increase in crude oil production is not tackled then having more refineries will not make sense because it won't get enough crude oil to refine. That's why Dangote had to import crude oil from US. So how do you now expect him to sell petrol cheaper than it is now
