You need permission from NACAA to fly a drone even there you will bribe then too because for 2 yrs they will not grant you permission.
I went to Revenue office to get a tax identification number so I can remit my tax as a law abiding citizen...d lady I met at d desk said I should pay #10k to get a TIN...of what should be free, I kick-started my leg & walked away.
