So after all the victim mentality, crying and making unnecessary noise. Demolition is still taking place on the land mark beach.

Ironically, there is another beach (Mami Chula lifestyle) owned by Bolaji Ariyo that's also affected and several Oniru properties, but it appears landmark's wailing was the loudest.

Even if the highway did not enforce its right of way, the landmark beach would still have been demolished to make way for Eko Atlantic phase 2.

In addition, the only reason there is a landmark beach it's current location is because of of the $6 Billion Atlantic wall/Eko Atlantic city built by chagoury with the support of the Tinubu and Fashola administration. The Atlantic wall (blue arrow) can also be seen in the picture below.

Typical of chestbeaters, do you even know if the guy can buy your entire village!!?... Other biz owners are affected but you wont hear them make noise or sponsor this loud appeal-to-pity and victim mentality mindset the igbos are bearing all over the place... The country is bigger than individual or few biz persons... stop being selfish, a whole lot of people will benefit from this

Dont mind the mushin gutter rat! It is bad enough that the landmark beachfront will have eventually been sandfilled by eko atlantic but to run the super highway in front of the landmark facilities is just demonic....considering you had enough space at the back for the highway..........as usual they have used an Igbo useful idiot to take down this enterprising man.......................that is how they used Emeka offor to frustrate Barth nnaji's geometric power plant for 13 years! ndi uchu

The problem with you guys is that you're willing to take oppression but want others to take it as well. Igbos do not behave that way. They make a lot of noise if something affects them. If something affects you and you decide to be silent about it, thats your business.

That coastal road does not need to start from inside Lagos but outskirts. Tinubu is on a mission and its visible even to the blind

It's only in Nigeria that you'll see people mark out an area of land and be laying claim to the place.. can Landmark owner go and erect shanties along the beach of a place in say UK and be crying about that he spent $100 million?.

People are just arguing blindly. The facilities in Landmark especially the event centres are the real deal. No other place except Eko Hotel offers such spaces. They make a lot of money from these properties.

The super highway going in front of the place is a big plus as it gives it more visibility.

If that Atlantic wall wasn't there, there would not be a landmark beach. That beach would be under water just like barbeach of 30 years ago.

Lagos did not destroy landmark. That was the federal government.. Even though Lagos would have still gotten rid of it when work start on Eko phase 2.
