If you look at it, the law predates the Tinubu administration. It was enacted in 2015 and signed by Goodluck Jonathan. It is only being implemented now.

There are pains agreed, but it surprises me to see Nigerians complaining and kicking against everything at all times and they want progress and development. These same Nigerian get outside the country and pay all taxes and complied 100% with the relevant laws of Thier host countries forgetting that those countries build theirs from scratch to its present state because Thier citizens agreed with Thier Government on the good the bad and the ugly for progress.
