Concerning how to measure running distance, I know the approximate distance between 2 electric poles(the concrete ones that carry transformer cables) is 50metres apart.

Another method is if you have a standard field around you, running round it should cover an approximate distance of 300metres(probably more). If you can get a stadium, good! Running a complete track is 400metres.

And if you have a car, you can just reset the odometer and drive some distance within your neighborhood till it reaches 3.8-4km. Note that point and use it.

But there are some factors to consider when running o; Climate & Gradient...The time you're gonna spend running when the weather is cool and serene won't be the same when its otherwise...The time you'll spend running a downhill can't be the same as what you'll use on an uphill ground, likewise if its flat ground.

My advice is that you expect the Best and prepare for the Worst...Best of Luck!

Yeah, the distance between normal electric poles is SUPPOSED to be 50metres (but you know our naija short-cut systems nah) That's why I mentioned concrete(transformer) poles, they are the only ones I can vouch for as STANDARD poles.

Like in my area now, the way they arranged the poles does not follow the standard procedure due to topography. Its only our transformer poles, which were installed by certified technicians, that are appropriately measured. And I'm sure that's how it is nationwide.

So, in order not to confuse yourself, I'll advise you make use of the transformer poles in your locality sir.

Do it for as many times as you can. It will help prevent you from developing Agada and Mukede.

My oga at the top is my God. Although I submitted my name to a General, a major General and a Major but I still solely rely on my God.
The only place I have assistance but with........,,.,,... is the Nigerian navy. And I'm waiting for Navy form to come out, hopefully between now and June 3. For the Nigerian Army if it clicks I will go for the screening just to warm up for Navy training just for formality at the Naval screening ground.

...guys let's be realistic, this 3.2km thing has to be jogging cos i can't imagine running 3.2km without breaking it down into jogging after 3mins...just think about it, your strength diminishes when you don't slow down and at the end of the day you get over exhausted and can't further the race again, trust me i have tried it...perhaps maybe ain't strong enough. GOD help us all...

guy u can cover even 4 kilometers in 18minutes with a steady jogging. Is just practicing and getting ur body prepared 4 it. People are doing it, with running you definitely can't but with jogging is very achievable. Another tip is 2 b using a stopwatch and time yourself when jogging it makes you 2 b conscious of time.

The 750k is based on slot and am lucky. They give them 1 slot each year and I'm buying his slot. Just be patient lets see what will happen this year.

its a group tin, av watched somtin similar on my pc , see aw d applicant were collapsin after runnin/joggin past the gate. the soldier eventually closed the gate on the orders of a superior officer standing beside him, see tears so painful as dey just stood and cud only watch others jubilatin inside. the officer started consolin dem dat its not the end of life.

Bro, I dont think anybody can make it with only running. U can combine it o. I even made it this morning wt only jogging (3.2km in 16minute) after I had ran for about 1.8km unmeasured & untimed.
