I have just applied for a US address to link my card to. This will enable me if approved, to receive my commission from clickbank.com, elance, 2checkout and others directly into my card.

I got my card through one of payoneer's partners (SFI). And I get my commission paid into it every month.

It is real!!!!

You should have just applied directly for it on their website instead of going through their partners such as SFI and the USA Bank account must have been given to you immediately your card gets approved.
Loading payoneer for the first time for the $60 DHL fee will just be as easy as ABC because you will load it through the USA Bank Account via USA PayPal account which the same bank account must have been used for verification! !!

I do. I got my card Feb this year and since didn't activate it until som mins b4 I typed this message. I changed my password, re-activate the acct cox I ws told it's hs bin de-activated cox of inactivity. But all that hv been settled. I got my US acct details few weeks afta d card arrive but I fink it's that's gonna be necessary when I want to withdraw into the card frm a foreign merchant according to the message I got from them durin the re-activation of my acct? I stand to be corrected tho.

fiverr does not only depend on ow many ebooks one can read but also on knowing the right gig to put on sale + some other techniques that may not be revealed by ebook writers cox they may not want u to 'spoil market' for them on fiverr.
Don't get me wrong bro...ebooks help bt do nt determines one's suxex on FIVERR.COM !!!

Yes!They will be useful taking for example that you can use the usa bank details to withdraw from merchants like paypal,clickbank and many other ones.

Is your PayPal account setup with a USA profile?

If that is correct, you can link that your friend payoneer usa bank information to your own PayPal account PROVIDED that the payoneer bank acct information had NEVER been linked with any other PayPal acct before.

Note that if you link the payoneer to your own PayPal acct, it can NO LONGER be used for another PayPal acct again!
