Chicheey: pixtuk: Chicheey: pixtuk: I'm sure your trumpets would blow a different tune if your children were among those girls. Anyway at least you now believe the girls aer truly missing. Clearly shows how warped your minds are cos everyone who demands that this government be responsible is again gej. May u not av a taste of what those parents are going through. The presidents no1 responsibility is to protect the lives and properties of its citizens. Come to think of it majority of those girls are christians and the northern christians voted overwhelmingly for gej in 2011 and I'm sure he's still relying on thier votes come 2015 cos you're surely not expecting votes from Muslim population in the north whom we've generalised as BH apoligists. 5 Likes |

Raiders:Abusing anyone does not make your points valid/ more valid. Jonathan is responsible for security of lives and properties of Nigerians. Who is the chief security officer of Borno State? I'm not trying to say President Jonathan is free from blame but it appears people have forgotten that one of the functions of an elected / selected governor is the protection of lives and properties and to assist the president in governance ( including security) since he is closer to the people. |

nationwide1:I only abused him because he called Nigerians protesting for their right to security foolish. Technically, the governor of a state in Nigeria is not the chief security officer of the state. A governor is not responsible for the security in his state. A governor is not in charge of the police force in his state. He don't have the authority to appoint and fire any police officer. The president is the chief security officer of all the states in Nigeria. Anyway, I think its high time for us to have state and local police in Nigeria just like it is done in America. It will help improve security in Nigeria. 3 Likes |

The hypocrisy of pursuing campaigning for Chibok and turning blind eyes to all other mayhem and kidnaps committed by bokoharam to some becomes absurd hence, smells to high heavens On Chibok girls, We all went out with passion unabated speaking and demanding for the return of the girls but no fewer than 51 persons were killed and 25 teenage girls abducted in Konduga.( We kept quiet and focused on Chibok) Are they not girls with mourning parents and relations? Are they not citizens of Nigeria? Deserving equal call for rescue. Why did we keep quiet when 48 boys were reported massacred in a school in Mobi Adamawa state. (We kept quiet and focused on Chibok) We have also ignored the 20 women and girls that were reported missing at a nomadic settlement, Garkin Fulani, near Chibok town, Borno State, (We kept quiet and focused on Chibok) Recently, almost 100 boys were abducted. (We kept quiet and focused on Chibok) 27 Police officers have been declared missing by the Police headquarters. We kept quiet. While we re-echo calls for Chibok have we have neither shown profound sympathy nor even imagined the pains of the wives, children and the relations of those men kidnapped. The circumstances surrounding the Chibok kidnap and the bring back our girls campaign leaves much to be questioned. One is left to conclude or wonder why Chibok girls alone got and is still getting all the attention and blanket awareness. 1 Like 1 Share |
