Chai!! I tire for we Nigerians. Chai! not too long ago you guys were screaming for keshi's head now that your prayer has been answered, u guys inturn complain of who replaced him. The most important is that he has been relieved of his duties. No individual can EVER satisfy nigerians.

In nigeria, they think more about the money.. instead of renegotiate the contract if they cant pay. they can reduce the salary. football club or team , renegotiate contract.. if salary is why they sack him.

Something tells me this is not proper. Amodu had not fared any better in the past. Frying pan to fire? Time will tell. Unless they are making it temporal to help them conduct a proper interview and hire.

Back to square zero. I am never a fan of hiring and firing of coaches every here and then. In 2011 October precisely, i kicked against the sacking of Samson Siasia but Nigerians insisted that he must go, cursing and calling him all manners of names; but i stood by him until Keshi came on board to change the Fortune of the team.
Today, the same people calling Siasia names are the people insulting the Big Boss. Some people even go as far as cursing his family!.....
I am happy today that I still stood by Keshi despite all the cricism. I am his fan and I will continue to be his fan until the next coach achieved beyond what Keshi did. For now i will hang my boots and watch as the drama unfolds.
I understand you bro.
When we v a NFA that's not willing to hire a sound foreign coach, we ll keep recycling half baked local coaches. From Amodu-Siasia-Keshi and back to Amodu.
You can be sure that either Siasia or Oliseh ll be our next coach

It is long overdue....this is exactly how someone who allows success to overrun him should be treated. He became full of himself after success in the African Nations Cup and had no regard for anyone, evident in all his subsequent press moments after matches. He's only lucky to have seen out his initial contract.

I don't even wish him well in his next line of undertaking.
That's harsh bro

You miss the point. Keshi's major problem is arrogance. Then his mouth is so uncouth even in the face of bad results. I campaigned for Keshi too, but I now know how bad his attitude is. He should just go.

We do not need foreign coaches, how many times do you want us to be colonized again?
Coming from someone who is probably using a tokunbo car, a. Phone made by foreign nationals.

Coming from someone who will probably not be patient with national team coaches to use the team as trial and error to learn.

Listen bro, if you are not ready to be independent, you shouldn't. Our coaches can't stand one on one with coaches in other parts of the world and it is a fact that we must accept if we must move on.

You can give Amosu ( using him as an example for all Nigeria coaches) same amount you give a foreign and give him same support and he will still fail because he can't give what he doesn't have.

It is high time we brought in a coach whose mandate is not only to coach the team but to expose our coaches as well.

Bring in a good coach, give him a mandate to mentor our coaches and be ready to finally spend money on them. Let's forget about winning stuffs for a while, concentrate instead on building a team and coaching base.

Encourage our coaches to go abroad to learn and up their games.

Belgium with just about 12m people did it after Belgium/Holland 2000, we have about 170m people, we can do better than them.

“The Federation appreciated his effort for the success he achieved and the development of our football.
“We have decided to sponsor him and his technical crew (Daniel Amokachi and Ike Shoromu) to any choice of their coaching school to acquire for more knowledge in the game at our expenses,” Akinwunmi said.

Nigerians are among the difficult set of beings to satisfy.

It would be modest of we to at least thank him, wish him well in his future endeavour. Rather than tongue lash him from left-right.

We hope Super Eagles would achieve more success with Amodu!!!

so of all of a sudden Nigerians now love Keshi? all I see here is nothing short of hypocrisy...this was the same Keshi everybody here was literally crucifying and calling for his sack,I can't begin to imagine the type of insults that were hurled at Keshi, now Keshi is now some sort saint who was unfairly hounded away from his post as coach. Nigerians have to be the most confused set of people you can ever meet, una too much.
