To all anatomy freshers.... rather not fortunate for me, I went in search of ma La(MB;BS) and I happened to stumble by an office door with signed sheets of instructions by Mrs. Kadir.... u guys were asked to tick all courses(17), then U pay ur fees.... then get evidence of payment of acceptance n school fees(stamped by bursary)... pay #2000 for departmental handbook into zenith bank acct name-Anatomy department-1011458455...write ur name at d back of the teller... come along with the following credentials in a file with tag puncture in two places... write ur names in block with ur phone number on the file...affix ur red backgrounded passport at the top right corner of d file... place original and photocopy of ds docs in ds order... tag in...1) Evidence of acceptance fee payment 2)Evidence of stamped school fees payment 3)Ume result 4)Post Ume result 5)Ssce result 6)Birth certificate/ Declaration of age 7) State of Origin Printed course reg form(about five copies n sign where expected) hope I have helped... there's obviously no need to see ur LA wif ds info cos ds was directly extracted from er signed instruction #TeamBMS
