am sorry for not noticing your initial post. you cant chat on the site with your asha phone but you can send emails to the sellers. most online sellers will respond within few hours. just use the contact by email button. your success is my pride

you are seeing the pre-advised response because the seller has not shipped your item. it mostly happens when sellers are out of stock or during productions. they go to the post office and register that they will be shipping eg a 2kg laptop by Thursday and they will be provided with a tracking number. you can contact the seller if the response persist. but mostly it last for only few days. your success is my pride
