Please I need an advise from the house for a friend. He got denied ystday, d only REASON for denial: they claim "he didn't satisfy them enof that he would come back after his studies".

Docs he submitted:
State of d art SOP,LOA for business mgt, personal acctn:3M, CV, transcripts, ielts, waec, police cert, computer certs(SAP), employment letter(his mums school) as an administrator, study leave,payslips, C of O of his own landed property, and
parents personal acct statement: 15M, d school reg certificate, school acct: 25M, notorised letter of sponsorship, travel doc, landed prop C of O.

wow,with such quality of docs,even d "state of d art SOP". One thing I've learnt from dis family is do ur best as per docs gathering n submission,but ultimately Power Belongs to God and prayer is key. It is well.

@warrikid its like they see some applicants as overqualified to enter canny. it baffles me that VO feels they have enough to stay in naija or what sef Its so sad

He read microbiolgy, worked in d bank for 3yrs, and what I meant by a state of d art SOP was that he applied all d advise from nairaland, he explained d reason for goin for business management as a result of working as an administrator for 4years and not microbiology, why canada as a destination and wat he stands to gain when he comes back to 9ja (his mums school) blablabla.

I wanted to confirm how detailed he was in his SOP. He needs to work on the SOP and also the "grace factor". Could you confirm if any other stuff was ticked on the delay letter?

good,the person shud write a good sop and give proper home ties,becus he was denied cos he didn't put proper home tie....

u re supposed to have a small slip that VFS gave to u wen u where submittin ur application.it is that slip u re to use to collect ur passport

It can be done in any major police office NOT necessarily in Lagos.
I have done it before at Iyaganku Police office - Oyo state HQ, Ibadan. So Rivers state Police HQ will do it in part.
Finger prints will be taken from you locally and the final doc. will be send for signing.
You will be informed in advance when to come for collection.
But for online route, you may not need it.
