Good Morning

God bless you kelvingraphics and all those who have inputted into his work to give feedback and suggestions

Today is another day and I pray that it is a very fruitful day for us all, certainly DJ who will finally get the much needed medical attention that he requires.

TEAM A TASKS FOR TODAY

TEAM A . . .We are working together today, so please keep me in the loop

naijadeyhia Remsonik marcjane olu4life Waliyllahi Caracta LyfeJennings Jarus

Our strategy for today is as follows

1. First things first, call the receiving hospital to confirm again that DJdola will be brought there.

2. Ensure that we are speaking to someone in authority at the hospital so that we dont get there and find something else on ground

3. Inform them that we dont have a specific diagnosis and we need tests to be run at THEIR hospital to ascertain what is wrong with him first. In short he should be treated as a new patient and a full work up done on him as its rather clear now that we dont have any lab tests from either of the previous hospitals that he has been to

4. Find out the cost of the initial deposit required for admission

5. Agree an admission time so that there is a DOCTOR there to receive DJdola

6. Once the time is confirmed arrange transport, preferably an ambulance to take him there

7. Update the house at frequent intervals so that if there are any unforseen issues along the line and you bring it to the house, someone may be in a position to help

We need at least another person to support the TEHN worker on ground to releive some of the pressure
. we need someone who lives in Lagos and is prepared to volunteer today to run around with the TehN worker. eg one may be working on an ambulance while the other is working with the hospital

May God give us the strength and the favour today. Amen.

Well done everyone

Pls, I need links to the original thread so I can know exactly what happened and how the diagnosis was arrived at. Looking at this picture, looks to me more of a liver pathology than kidney disease. If kidney disease is involved, it's probably hepatorenal syndrome, and definitive treatment is liver transplantation. Instead of rushing him to a dialysis centre, I would suggest a proper assessment at LUTH or LASUTH to get a working diagnosis, then it can be taken up from there.
My thoughts only. However, as I said earlier, these issues may have already been dealt with earlier on in the previous thread, so someone should please post the links.
Thanks.

We have a requirement for a TEAM E

Team E will be responsible for obtaing A passport for DJ and Brother

Volunteers please!!!!!

The initial contact has been made and we need people who live in Lagos to carry out the action Plan.

Basically someone has to go to their Ikoyi/obalende office very early (by 8am) on Monday morning and start the documentation.
By 10am, DJ himself has to be there. But they will fastrack the process to have him attended to urgently.

Dj's information that the person coming along should bring:

Full name
Date of birth
State of origin
Hometown
LGA of origin
2 passport photograph.

Action points
Volunteer to obtain required info from DJ/DJ brother
Volunteer to obtain DJ's passport Photograph; You may have to take a photographer to the hospital if DJ doesnt have one to hand.
Volunteer to go there on Monday morning by 8am with the required info
The volunteer should have DJ's brother's number with him in case other info is required whilst there and he can quickly call to get it.

Volunteers should please make themselves known here on this thread please.

This task has to be completed on Monday Please.

I suggest that you carry DJ's brother along to get his as well, as there is a possibility that he may be travelling with DJ and we dont start looking for a passport for him if he doesnt already have one at the last minute.

God bless you as you help a brother.

I can't believe a week has gone by moving the subject of this case from one place to another with not so much progress.
The initial problem with luth was funds and now that there's some, attention would be paid to him.whether it's liver or kidney, there's a dialysis centre and a gastro unit in luth.there's also a private ward where he can get the best attention.
All this move from one private hospital to another worries me.

That was the initial proposal, but the family refused to go back to UCH and insited on going to the Eruwa hopsital. We are however moving on, and I pray that by the end of today, DJ will be receiving proper treatment.

oh Lord God, the creator of heaven and earth, our redeemer, our helper in times of need ,our all in all. kindly and graciously consider our unity of purpose, efforts, togetherness, prayers and wishes for Hammed, lay your mighty hand upon him and because all wisdom &knowledge belong to you, direct our steps to finding the best place for his treatment. And finally, concerning Hammed, put smiles on our faces and make it the beginning of great things in the lives of those who contributed in ways too many to mention.
Use this to enhance our unity, togetherness, and selflessness in Nigeria. Touch the hearts of our leaders.
Thank you for hearing our prayers.

@KelvinGraphics

The first design modified(without hands) will do.
Can you also make a reference to nairaland.
You could use Nairaland logo in the ad(if its ok..) or add text that says A Nairaland Initiative.
Just about anything that connects the ad to the forum.

VERY IMPORTANT
Also the links are not working. It redirects to an error page.
/Djdola_Story
/Djdola_Donate

I also think we should have just one link.
When creating shortlinks, its important to remember that these links are case sensitive. /Djdola and /djdola will be two entirely different links.
So lets keep it simple.
I could create it but I will need the url you will be linking to.

Also, a href image link should be created and used for sharing rather than just uploading the ad in social networks.
That way, when the link is posted on say, Facebook, the image is retrieved from online servers and links directly to the Landing Page so people don't have to copy urls or download images.

See attached below sir

As for the other, sorry iam clueless on how to do it. Maybe JBLUV55 may be able to.
