Being born again alone doesn't bring solution. You must go to war with her. Her legal ground which your grandparents allowed must be broken. Like you rightly said, they are extremely stubborn. They don't ever give up. They can reach down to the deepest level of wickedness and perversion and every word of their mouth is lie! That ground must be broken ONLY in JESUS name. 1. You must do renunciation of every evil deed you have ever committed; those that you can remember tho. Sins confession
2. You must do the same for those committed by your parents, grandparents; Again those you can remember
3. Then you can go for deliverance

Thats the way to break those legal grounds. You have enough information to free yourself from this demon and that is a small victory for you. Lot of people don't even dream and they live their life like nothing is at stake.
