Hello folks,

I recently learned to cook (my ex left me sha) and I'm actually finding it fun.

So I decided to start a cooklogue and fitness guide for the upwardly mobile young man trying to integrate good health with a progressive career.
I believe you are what you eat, and that for me translates to a healthy mind and a great body. These attributes not only attract women/progress, it also keeps you mentally/physically fit for the challenges ahead as you journey towards greatness.

So who's ready? lets roll.

Indomie breakfast:

You'll need; Indomie, eggs, ginger, garlic (optional), onion, tomatoes, and chilli (preferably yellow pepper).

Steps: (I) Boil water with the indomie in it
(ii) blend the ingredients
(iii) add blended ingredients into indomie with its spice
(iv) fry eggs and add some of the blended paste
(v) Eat and make sure to send your ex some pictures of it so she'll know you are doing just fine without her

(vi) get your a** off to work

I'll be putting up lunch and evening workout later.

Back from the gym.
Routine was as follows:

-14kg dumbells each hand (40 reps)
-40kg bench press (60 reps)
-10kg overhead arch (30 reps)
-Reptile pushups (60 reps)

Hit shower.
Drink, drink some more, text ex.

Pass out on couch.

Repeat routine tomorrow.

A responsible single man wont depend on any ex or sin partner for cooking. I dont understand why guys behave as if cooking is v tough. During my days in university, I had every opportunity to invite girls to cook for me but I didnt, bc I know hw useless that kind of lifestyle is. A responsible man shud take responsibility in things like cooking. Why tempt urself or fall into sin?

Everything can be learned. Dont let some girls take advantage of ur inability to cook to get you. Sorry for saying all these publicly. But I have to commend the effort you're putting on here.
