I was fortunate to get across to d dept today and I was told even if u didn't get d sms but u av d following u can attend d Written test on Wednesday, by 9am, Ikole Campus.

1: First class or Second class upper
2: NSE or COREN Graduate membership
3: Journal or published paper.

Confirmed.

I av been on Nairaland for long but don't talk unless I av valid information.
I know many pple wil doubt dis, but if u stay close to Ekiti, gate Crash and see if its true or nt.

I don't even know ao to get to d Campus myself.
All d best of God to us all.

i really admire u and ur selfless character....from ado take a cab going to ikole ask the driver if he is passing thru the express if not dont take the cab, cos the school is along the express and not in the town....one love.... i wish u good success..i hope u can become one of us soonest

I applied 4 Technologist II (Mech Eng) and I got d invitation tru sms for written test on Monday (15th Dec.)
I ve no 1 n 3, but I don't ve any membership certificate.

Thank God I arrived safety to FUOYE , IKOLE
I took off from LAGOS at exactly 1:30pm and I arrived Ikole at 6:45 pm. I Thank God for journey mercies.

Pls if you are able to gate-crash the interview, let us know

No AL is required in engineering. Any body with masters in engineering and registered with COREN automatically qualifies for L2.hope dat helps

Yes, u will be needed cos the department is made up of mechanical and mechatronics. Ur degree or hnd in electrical will qualify u for mechatronics. Put in ur best

Its clearly in batches, as d need arises. Sooner or later other depts will call their candidates. Ok?

At first 142 candidates (Both First Class and second class upper) were short-listed . By and Large, in the event to streamline the candidates, 21 first-class candidates were first considered and later 2.1 with either NSE or COREN .
Total number of 52 candidates wrote the exam today out of which we had 21 first-class candidates.
We were told that only FOUR (4) Candidates are needed.
Pls house pray for me to be the most outstanding candidate. Your Prayer is highly needed considering the number of first-classers.

U didn't comprehend his post before posting this. 142 candidates were not invited and no one was sent home except those who came after d test was concluded cos marking commenced immediately.only 53 wrote d test and even in dis number we had gate crashers. Their CVs were crossed checked and if found qualified, were allowed to write d test. The 'Strict ' screening dat was done was done after the applications were compiled not on d test day
