Sorry Oga Vicmoore... I like to ask questions oh! But before I go further, this design na wah oh! Make man no go steal oh!

When you say in the back, do you mean like the Flats are also attached or detached to the main Building?.
What is the small building to the right? Can you please post some other angle that the back will be visible.
And please what is the dimensions of the whole building (Main & Flats). I believe this will fit on a plot of 60x120ft.

Staircase..and the small house @ the right front is a store for the wife..( We know lasies na)...so the land is jst 40x100...and it has a parking space of 3cars respectively......will send the rendered view of the sides when done.. Thanks very much Sir. It is well understood now... Oga lives in the front Duplex and the two other flats can be rented out. I like the setup.
Ok.. the land is 40 x 100ft so the 60x120ft should even be more spacious. But what is the actual dimension of the building for both Duplex and Flats together. I am very much interested in this, more reason I am asking all this questions. And please post more angles. Thank you.
