Wisdom is not necessarily acquired by age but rather it's a gift from God.

@OP, good one from you.

In Lagos.

Sadly, I seem not to have picked any from GMB. I think it's because of so much noise and hot air from his camp.

Stealing isn't corruption - Jonathan.
If u don't know wat dat statement means, y don't u ask. Well let me explain to u. Corruption is bending d rules to suit/favour u, it may or may not come wit taking any item physically or electronically. E.g a VC of a university bends d rule by lowering d pass mark to favour his son. While stealing is physically or electronically taking wat does not belong to u. E.g going to rob a bank. Dat is y d EFCC does not prosecute a person who steals money 4rm some bodies shop in alaba while EFCC prosecute a person who uses his position to award contracts to himself without due process. Hope I hav made sense.

"... If anyone steals $50 billion or $20 billion anywhere America will know, they will tell you where it is; it is their money.”

The dumbest quote of all time.

Maybe to you it is dumb but if you can remove prejudice and think clearly with your brain... Such amount ($50/$20billion) is not what you will take away without the owners of that currency not feeling the impact on their liquidity balance... So who owns the dollar? Isn't it America? So why won't they know if such a huge amount is actually taken from their liquidity...
Enlighten yourself bro!!!

Nairalanders, please come and see another JONADUNCE here oooooo. I DON DIE! Nigerian education system has totally collapsed indeed!

Chai, chai, chai, daris Gooddu ooooooooo.

Let me temper justice with mercy and try to help your ignorance.

The money in question, even though it is expressed in dollars, is our money. America don't help keep track of how much we have or how much we spend. It is purely our own business. As such, if any amount is stolen, it is not the business of America but ours.

Do you now get it?

Seriously bro, You're pathetic. Why disgrace yourself by displaying this high level ineptitude, woven with ignorance and outright cluelessness starked by illiteracy of highest degree. I won't border replying again, since due to your knack to market buhari; you've sworn not to even open up your mind to knowledge you know nothing about.
1)Do you know anything about monetary policy of countries?

2)How do countries manage their liquidity & cash float?

3)Do you know that central bank of countries keeps record and knows the amount of money in circulation at each time?

4)How do you think they manage inflation and other such economic variables?

5)Can someone park twenty billion naira(#20,000,000,000) in his house without the CBN feeling the impact as in the quantum of money in circulation and other liquidity index of nations controlled through banks and other financial houses?

6)What's the need and use of CSR maintained by financial institutions with CBN?

I pity your type who think they have something upstairs...I prefer an illiterate around me than semi-literates like you...If you think you're smart and intelligent; answer those questions of mine objectively and we can continue from there...let's see who is the dunce here if not you...mpama....pele

You're plain stoopid and idi.otic really. With all your submissions, you have failed to prove to me how America will know if money is stolen from our accounts.

Stolen money could mean the money was never declared from certain sales.
It could mean that the money was diverted from a genuine purpose.
There are many ways money could be stolen with some disguised reasons.

When the money was alleged to be missing, did it mean it was stolen from the accounts without any traces and kept in someone's house as you're ignorantly saying here? Shouldn't you know that some "stupid reasons or excuses" would have been given?

How come NOI acknowledged that about 9 billion dollars was indeed missing and not 20 billion? Why did they commission KPMG to do a forensic audit if money was not missing? Were they (GEJ and NOI let alone America) aware of the missing money before SLS blew it open?

Stop your idiotic reasoning just to support the unfortunate statement by a Jonadunce! I AM DONE WITH YOU.

Unfortunately, after all the rants you never even attempted to answer questions that will help you become wiser...keep wallowing in ignorance; it is your choice...mpama

What currency do we use in international transactions?
Which country owns that currency?
Whichever method you use in taking the money; does it or does it not affect liquidity?
If it affects liquidity, will the owners not know?
When countries transact in dollars, it benefits the American economy and they're aware of all the cash in circulation in dollars notwithstanding the country it is being used in...
Minister NOI said it was a case of "unremitted funds" NOT "stolen funds" please; which by constitution nnpc and many other agencies are allowed to withhold some revenue for its transactions... get it right and stop misinforming people...
Forensic audit by independent organization was aimed to shame claims by liars and propagandists like you... and disabuse the minds of innocents... Did you read the senate panel on investigation report of same issue which confirmed that no money is missing?
I pity those of you who wanna form gurus but are mobile nonentity...
An advice bro: "Why not be humble enough to learn sometimes especially when you don't understand than arguing ignorantly"...
Thanks for your time...olodo like you!!!...pele

Meaning What's the meaning of the link you sent to me Did you read it at all Who calls a prostitute to deliver lecture on the importance of virginity Does the prostitute have the answer? Why call Buhari to deliver a lecture on democracy? Is he a democrat? Does he have the experience of a democrat? A round peg in a square hole The speech is contradiction of Buhari's person and actions...let him practice those things he wrote...

Check out some points he raised;
1)Asking students to rise and speak out when he, as head of state abolished students unionism...isn't it hypocrisy?

2)Asking the media to report government dealings always...what did he do to media when he was in power? decree 4

3)Accusing government of irresponsible priority by building stadium instead of funding universities... what did he do in that sector as military administrator and head of state

4)Encouraging lecturers and other intellectuals to speak up...what did he do to them when he was in charge remember Tai Solarin?

5)Asking leaders to be both good leaders & good losers too...Is he one? When he lost in 2003,2007,2011...what did he do? Worst still in 2011
Remind him that charity begins at home...let him practice what he says...shikena
Hypocrisy of highest order...

It is often said that 'the taste of the pudding is in the eating'. I cannot tell you how to reason, you are entitled to your opinions but it is within the purview of my rights to disagree with you if i want to.
Some of the the things he did then, he did as a military ruler no doubt. The government of the day was a dictatorship (i want to believe you know what that means) where they rule with decrees and everything is regimented with little or no room for disobedience and the rights of citizens is limited because the constitution is usually suspended. My point is, it is wrong for you to judge him based on that. i cannot begin to give you instances of former military rulers who later became democrats and performed exceedingly well in that capacity.
The essence of the link i sent, was for you to see that the man understands what democracy is about and has actually been practicing it. Ever since he left active service he has been abiding by the tenets of our constitution and has never been found to have contravened any law. As you rightly said, he has contested elections previously and lost (some may say rigged out each time) and as a law abiding citizen he went to court to seek redress as it is expected in a democracy and ever-since he has abide by the fiats and rulings of the courts. How else does a 'democrat' function?
From this particular lecture (the link), you would agree with me that he is a man of ideas who just needs an opportunity to express them and majority of Nigerians have decided to give him the chance this time.
Don't settle for less. you can never know how far you can go until you are tested.
Hypocrisy is not standing up for what you believe in
