The Nigerian, Alfred Ajani , who made news for standing in a London Waterloo Station with his a placard bearing his CV and an appeal to be hired for a job, has returned to the same spot to recruit workers to the company that employed him. Company CEOs were left impressed by the tenacity of the 22-year-old when he stood at the train station with a large placard which read “Marketing Graduate (BA Hons 2:1 Coventry Uni) - Ask for a
CV.”

He received many job offers that day and ended up being employed by a recruitment firm.

Two weeks after his job-seeking stunt, he took a role with
recruitment consultancy The Asoria Group, which are based just one hundred yards from the station.

Alfred is now part of a team looking to recruit new workforce for his company and was back at the Waterloo Station yesterday, Thursday, January 22 with a sign albeit a different one.

He posted a picture of himself five months ago next to a new photo of him holding a new sign
stating:
“ Now I'm Hiring” . The photo was accompanied by the caption “same spot, different
sign.”

Speaking with Daily Mail, Alfred said it was a great feeling to be back the same place to look for
people who like him a few months ago are looking
for job.

“I've loved my role since taking it and there hasn't
been one minute where I've regretted my decision. The company is expanding and we're looking to take people on to the desk where I'm working so we are now searching for graduates, people in the
same position I was last year. We've got around 20 vacancies,” he revealed.

A serious country and a serious government creates working environment for job creation through favourable fiscal policies, security, sound education, infrastructure provision and others. Sadly, the government of Jonathan has instead created environment where Bokoharam thrives, very warp fiscal policies, lack of necessary infrastructures and churning out educated illiterates as graduates. Rather than create job, they kill graduates (RIP Immigration Victims). Yet, the President still has the effrontery to seek a second term- A second term of disaster. Nigerians must embrace change, we must embrace Buhari. Our Country shall be great again.

First thing that came to my mind when I saw the pics was his dressing.

During his job hunting, he was all dressed in his corporate attire.

Now that he's been sent to recruit, it's a totally different game as regards his dressing.

Sad to say, but I am disappointed.

Other than that, just as I would expect for myself, I wish him all the best in his career.

P.S. I put up the above comment and got heckled by some clowns who obviously failed to read the article or my post but just jumped to conclusions. smiley

I'll say it again. I ABSOLUTELY DON'T LIKE THE EXTREMELY INFORMAL WAY HE DRESSED TO RECRUIT POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES.

But I still wish him well in his career. smiley

Yes o!
Keep blaming Jonathan for 'our' misfortunes, while campaigning for Buhari...

But I guess that might be your own source of income.

From this guy's story; it pays to take your life in your hands and make the most of it instead of seating at home and blaming govt.
