yeah i also need this info! but the way i do it is! i model the landscape! then i use a sky image as background!

I , as the ultimate Villain, suggest u crash a space ship through one of this buildings.....then send me the video for my perusal.....

one word of advice, use the Explode modifier, not the Cracking tool......splitt several parts and use this modifier

looks like the building from a CG geeks tut I watched, infact its almost identical. Awesome render!!!

800 samples?shocked... that's just something else, I guess you must have a pretty fast GPU

Hey atom its good. And one thing u should realise is dat sometimes the higher the render sampling u observe that there is hardly any change in the render. Normally I would recommend u start with 200 samples and if u get fireflies den u increase the sample size and increase the clumping. Below is a clumsy work I did... Have to work on the lights

Wow!!! Just saw some pro's models like shimish model of an alien... So many modelling pro's here like tos87 and many more.... U guys need to present urselves to d movie industry cause most of the effects used for their films are just too fake and lack realism.... U guys are my bossss....... RESPECT..... Here are some of my 30minutes work
