You don't have the same kinda upbringing like the boy, His parents may not be willing to show up for his sake, maybe because he's been disowned or they are scared of going through the stress of raising money they donot have. Its not funny, the management of the Hospital is being emotional and has decided to be charitable. They should be commended.

The victim of Third Mainland Bridge Lagos accident who has been in coma for sometime now has come out of coma,courtesy of the tireless effort of the management of St Nicholas hospital,Victoria,Island Lagos.

The victim said his name is Owolabi Akindujoye and hails from Ondo State.He went ahead to say that his mother is a herbal trader by name Mrs. Ramot Akindujoye and also said his siblings are Emmanuel, Matthew, Suleiman and Usman.According to him,he is a homeless bus Conductor who sleeps under the Oshodi bridge.

It should be recalled that Owolabi has been in coma following a fatal accident that injured 15 people on Third
Mainland bridge,VI,Lagos.Since then,his relatives have not showed up.

The management of St Nicholas hospital urges the relatives to show up and has promised not to collect any money from them.

May God bless the management of St Nicholas hospital for this wonderful deed.

We all need to attribute all things to God. We need to give him all the praises and adoration. Its good news. We also have to THANK THE TEAM OF DOCTORS, NURSES, PHARMACISTS and other health workers who worked tirelessly day and night to bring him back to life despite the fact that he is yet to pay 1 kobo to d hospital! So when u hear stories about pple trying to bring down our health personel and paint all Nigerian health workers like devils who only care abt money, remember this story and no that there is hope for our health care system! Thank God!

Treatment is free but the victim has to pay either through insurance or other means.

In the UK,NHS is free
A government should be able to make basic health care free for his people as long as the people pay their taxes.You can only pay with insurance if you make more in a year,but for any citizen health care is free.

I live in one and i know what i am talking about.
